Too Much Noisey and Terrible Warranty Support – Unacceptable Requirements
I am extremely disappointed with both this ceiling fan and the company’s customer service. With in a year after installation, the fan began making excessive noise. When I reached out for support, I was told I would have to uninstall the fan motor myself, pay for the courier charges to ship it to their facility, and wait at least 3 to 7 days for a replacement. Expecting a customer to be without a fan in the middle of summer while forcing them to cover shipping costs for a defective product is completely unacceptable. The "support" process via WhatsApp was tedious and unhelpful. I will not be purchasing from this brand again.

Liked the colour
