I bought one of these for my mom to use in her car, and she absolutely loves it. After seeing how much it helped her, I ordered one for myself to use in my office chair. I sit for long hours during the day and had been dealing with a lot of tailbone and upper-thigh pain from my chair. This cushion has made a noticeable difference in relieving that pain. The cut-out design really helps take pressure off the tailbone, and the support distributes weight much better than sitting directly on the chair. YESSS!!! Okay, so I had two surgeries last year on my tush, plus I was recently diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease (which affects my spine and vertebrae). So sitting requires a cushion. I had an older vehicle which had the most comfortable seats ever, but I bought a new car on Thursday, and my only complaint about the new car was the seats were hard as a rock. I looked at everything on Amazon and most things had great reviews. So, I took a shot in the dark and tried this. IT'S SO COMFORTABLE!! It's about 4 inches thick and has a soft, velvet cover. I sat down on this thing and OMG it was perfect. I sunk right down and there was no pain whatsoever.

I fractured my tailbone 2 months ago and I'm just not healing. This is the 3rd cushion/donut I have bought to try to get pressure off my tailbone because I sit a lot at work. I was sceptical because the cost was so cheap, but THIS is the one!!! It looks exactly as advertised. It's just firm/soft enough. VERY comfortable! The contours fit my shape so perfectly and comfortably. And the U shape is the back is big enough that there is no pressure on my tailbone. I'm going to buy another one to keep in my car so I don't have to keep toting this one in and out of work several times a day. Love it!!

I am short 5’2 and was having trouble seeing over the steering wheel down to the end of the front of our SUV, when I drove. This seat cushion provided me a way to sit a couple of more inches higher in my seat. Which made a huge difference in my sight field, enabling me to clearly see the road all the way around.
