Keto is now simpler, easier, and yummier than ever with The Big 15 Ketogenic Diet Cookbook . Review: An incredible resource for the low-carb lifestyle! - Having just gone back to a low-carb diet, this book is incredible for maintaining your sanity. The recipes are so well thought out, and include a couple variations should you need suggestions on how to change it for next time or tune it more to your liking. Want a more exciting way to eat eggs? Consider making the Keto Pancakes for breakfast, and serve 'em up with a side of bacon. Or how about a nice "breaded" chicken cutlet? Uncle Marty's Chicken will satisfy your cravings, alongside some broccoli or mashed cauliflower. Truth is, if you want to get serious into the low-carb/keto diet, you're going to need to cook. The only way to be sure of how many carbs you're consuming is to know everything that goes into your meal. That's not always easy to do when you're eating out, and nothing is more tragic than knocking yourself out of ketosis because you ate something you innocently thought was safe. As someone who loves to cook, the transition to cooking low-carb was a breeze for me. But if you're intimidated by the thought of some kitchen magic, this book should do wonders in alleviating those fears. There are plenty of recipes that don't require a lot of culinary skills to get you started (you can make cheese crisps with just one ingredient!), and most of the ingredients will ensure your wallet won't be the one losing weight. So if you're strongly considering a ketogenic diet, get serious and put on the apron. Megan's book will help you do the rest. Review: makes me hungry - i used this book in college and 10 years later continue to make many of the same recipes, even though i am less focused on the ketogenic diet today. brilliantly organized by food groups, the guesswork is taken out of your prep and planning - a big factor in why going keto was so hard for me at first. these recipes make it simple to eat a bit more creatively, so i highly recommend picking it up and making that stuffed chicken and jalapeno poppers!!

Helpful resource with lots of content
Helpful in understanding how to start on the Keto diet and understand the "Why". The lists of good foods and not so good was helpful as were the different recipes. The author made brand recommendations which is okay, but I had to wonder if it was paid promotion. In most instances these brands were also quite a bit more expensive.

Extremely Easy Recipes - I will use this OFTEN
I'm really excited about this cookbook! The recipes are extremely simple, & that's exactly what I'm looking for right now, to stay on-track toward my low-carb goals. I think I'm most excited about the extensive nutritional information included in each recipe, since (for me) the most daunting part of the keto diet is staying writhing the macronutrien percentages... This info will save me so much time! And since the recipes are so simple, I won't need to worry much about modifications to the ingredient list. I love cookbooks, & usually read them cover to cover... And then maybe only use a few actual recipes... I can tell that this cookbook will be different! I bought the book because the concept the 15 ingredients + variations... But EVERYTHING looks easy & yummy! My only question: how is Almond milk a processed food no-no, but all-beef hot dogs & bacon are not? I'm not really too worried, just got a chuckle. :)

Hardly any pictures. Easy to read. Simplified.
It's very easy to read cookbook. With a lot of sections with about five to seven recipes each section. She's simplifies Keto. The only thing I didn't like is that it hardly had any pictures and unfortunately that's a downer for me. Because I love cookbooks with pictures. I just purchased Carolyn Ketchum's cookbook and she includes plenty of pics in her books.

For the practical and affordable Keto dieter
The easiest and practical Keto cookbook Iโve purchased and Iโve purchased MANY! This author has is categorized by products you have on hand- like chicken, pork, broccoli, cauliflower etc.. each sections has a variety of different ways you can cook that particular food. She also has 3 different variations on how to cook each recipe that has ALL the nutritional value listed!!!! Like whoa, in heaven when I saw this myself. (See last photo of example) Not to mention the recipes call for common stuff MOST people have in their kitchens not some crazy special ingredients that make a person spend an obscurd amount of month on something etc which really frustrates me personally as a consumer. Being a busy mom of 2 and a firemanโs wife who works outside the home in healthcare I need โpractical and fast.โ

Best of 20 Keto Cookbooks
Easy recipes with short ingredient lists. Uses ordinary keto ingredients. Nice variety. Each recipe includes macros and several practical variations. Recipes are easy to read (attractive layout). Too often keto cookbooks are written by people who arenโt on keto diets; this one does not seem that way. Nice Table of Contents and indices.

Organized by 15 "Keto" approved foods
Almost all cook books should be written like this book, organized by the main food. The book, "Inspiralize Everything," does this and not only does this organization provide an easy shopping list, it also provides a quick and easy way to choose recipes based upon what we already have at home. If there is a favorite food, we easily see all the recipes relating to that food. Although this is the 8th keto book that I have bought, I have yet to stay on a keto diet, however with the help of this book, I believe finding easy and appropriate recipes will be simple and keep me on track. The recipes in the book are fairly easy and provide a couple of variations or substitutions as well. For example, the soy-lime beef can become soy-lime shrimp. If you only buy one keto recipe book, this is the one to get.
