Perfect
Lovely solid piece of equipment. Doesn't feel like it's going to break any time soon, even though I really smash my meat. Very good weight to it, comfortable to hold and nice large surface area. No problems cleaning it as there's no silly grooves for dirt to get stuck in. Thoroughly recommend.

I am using it to make gluten-free cookies!
My family does not want to eat meat - just a matter of tastes. I purchased this item to make gluten-free and dairy-free cookies with 100% organic ingredients. I know the brand Tescoma - it is not bad and not expensive. I will not soak the item in water after using it ... just in case ..... the handle is in plastic attached to a stainless-steel disc.
