All the pieces were in the kit and nothing was damaged. The instructions were clear and everything went together as designed. Some of the partially built parts were a bit flimsy until finished. Once finished the sword and sheath were rock solid. I deduct 1/10 of a star because the stand is a bit flimsy, but not too bad. Highly recommended! (Second of the Demon Slayer collection for me.) (Pro tip: Take iPad photos of the steps to enlarge the pictures.)

I got this as a gift for Christmas and it was amazing! If I had one complaint about it, it would be the stickers. I aligned the stickers perfectly but the print wasn't exact so there's some air bubbles. Besides that, it's an amazing model! Surprisingly sturdy and the detail is excellent! The stand is a little weak but you shouldn't have to worry about that as long as you don't mess with it. Obviously DO NOT swing this around, it's bricks and not an actual katana to be swung, it will likely break if you do. Overall great model and love having it on display!

The product is very well made my only complaint is that the instructions can be slightly confusing due to rather dark printing if your going to build this set do in in a brightly lit area other than that im happy with the purchase

This is my first non-Lego product I’ve purchased. It’s a beautiful piece. The sword is as long as my arm. Some of the pieces are a little tighter to clip together, but overall I can’t see the difference. The one thing that’s a bit different is the directions. I would have to say that under 12 might challenge some kids. Lego seems to allow you to hold the piece you’re building as you add to it. With this model I found myself needing to stage pieces on the table and then lower the lego on to it. Also, if you like building off of iPad or tablet that will not be an option. Not a deal breaker for me, but I’m old and I love my directions on a screen versus paper. 5 stars though.!!

Granddaughter gift she liked it

I wasn't sure what to expect for the price, but it felt very similar to building with the big brand bricks - from the bricks look & feel, size, how they clicked & stayed together and the quality of instructions. Having a kid who loves Anime, this was so much fun to assemble together and the end product looks amazing on display!

I bought both the Tanjirou and Rengoku swords in order to create Tanjiro's most recent weapon in Infinity Castle! The build is rock solid, and just looks incredible on display AND in hand. All the pieces were in the boxes, and it was such a fun design to build!!

The Lego looks amazing, but the building experience was terrible. It was very difficult and frustrating to assemble, with several pieces not fitting correctly unless forced, and some that simply wouldn’t fit at all. The concept is great, but the quality is poor. We ended up returning it.

I really enjoyed building it and all of the pieces clicked well together and I would rate 5 stars if it wasn’t for the missing pieces making it so I couldn’t finish. Luckily I had spares from other Lego sets so I was able to finish but it’s really frustrating that pieces were missing. There was also one piece that was melted at the end but it goes in a spot that wasn’t outwardly visible so that wasn’t as big of a problem.
