Do I use this after my face wash?

How do I determine the expiration date? I don’t see it on the bottle

Per the Thayer’s website. “All of our witch hazel astringents and toners, except our medicated options, do not have expiration dates. However, we do recommend usage within two years of opening.” 🙂

Put on a cotton pad or ball and wipe over your face after cleansing. My mother in law only uses this to cleanse. I use a mild soap before I use this.

Why does it say alcohol free but has Phenoxyethanol, which is an aromatic alcohol??

Phenoxyethanol is considered a glycol ether and is a commonly used preservative in natural products. Since our product contains many natural ingredients and water, it is an incredibly welcoming breeding ground for microorganisms and bacteria and Phenoxyethanol halts the growth of both. Phenoxyethanol has been rigorously tested and is totally safe for use at levels of 2.2% or lower - there is less than 1% of phenoxyethanol in our formula! All in all, a tiny amount of Phenoxyethanol is safe and necessary in keeping our products safe for your use. I use this like every couple days on my downtown area. I use it in the crevices (areas of high sweating) and it not only eliminates any smells that come from sweating but also keeps me smelling fresh all day and since I have started using it I have a boost in confidence. I apply a few drops to a cotton pad and go along my bikini line, and in my booty crack and I feel fresh all day long regardless of how much I sweat that day. Particularly helpful when my time of the month comes along and helps me feel more confident when I probably don't feel it
