Hair Dye 100ml - Ruby Rouge

I really like this when my hair is blonde. It gives an overall light candy floss pink effect, with some slightly darker pink streaks where the hair picks it up more strongly. I actually like that because it gives the colour a bit of movement rather than looking completely flat. It’s definitely one for lighter hair though. I wouldn’t bother putting it on darker hair and expecting much to happen. This is the sort of shade that needs a blonde or very light base if you want to see the pretty pastel pink properly. It also doesn’t last forever, which may be good or bad depending on what you want. On me it comes out after around 3 to 5 washes, so it’s great if you want a fun temporary change without being committed to pink hair for weeks. Really good for a soft pink refresh or a temporary pastel look. Just be realistic about your starting hair colour and the fact it’s meant to fade.

This product is used post-shampoo to add a grey-lilac tone to blonde hair. You wash your hair, towel dry it and then massage this in and leave for 20 mins before washing out. The instructions are on the bottle. My hair is past-shoulder-length blonde highlighted hair and reasonably thick. The first time I used it, I followed the instructions and it imparted a very subtle pinkish tone to my hair and toned my blonde in a similar way to purple shampoo but with a little more of that subtle pink. I think it's a great toner in this sense, but I wanted a stronger look. I didn't use much that first time so decided to use the rest of the bottle on dry hair, prior to shampooing. I left it on this time for 3-4 hours and also used a heated cap for about 15 minutes. This second time, there was a definite colour change. I didn't have enough to coat all my hair so picked out higlights. In hindsight, this wasn't the best idea as the blonde in my hair looks a little yellow in contrast with the lilac. I will do it again and use a full bottle, which should be enough for my hair. I can see that it hasn't worked for some people and I think the effect is probably only very noticeable if your hair is bleached, although you don't need it to be platinum to achieve a more subtle effect, you just need to leave it on for longer and on dry hair (do a patch test first if in doubt). Did not one bit of colour to the hair. Tried a “red” from the same brand and that work much better. This colour is pointless

Used the uv pink, it isn’t as bright as it could have been as my hair was previously red beforehand and therefore I only did a quick bleach bath to lighten up the permanent red dye I already had on and this is the outcome of only leaving on for 15 mins. I’ve used a lot of bright dyes before and been pink before and used this brand previously so if you want it bright you would need your hair to be white blonde to get the maximum effect of the pink. However I was trying to save the integrity of my hair (was black before red and had to use hair stripper and bleach then) and as it’s a conditioning dye it does not damage your hair as a permanent box dye would do. My hair is quite thick so I use half a bottle at a time and keep topping up as needed. With my hair I can go a lot brighter using the rebel uv now I have a base pink to work on as this is how it works on my hair however others may be different and you know what works best for your hair. To get maximum intense colour I suggest leaving on longer than it states as you put it on damp hair so with it being semi permanent/ so many washes your hair can absorb the colour more with the strands being open from the water. I love this brand and have used it on and off for years.

The bottle looked like it had been used,there was pink dye all around the lid. The dye did not take to my hair which is unusual as I have used these before & they have come out great so not sure what happened with this one.

Super easy to apply, only takes about 15 minutes. Starts to fade quite quickly but I take a lot of very hot showers so that might be contributing to it. Also under any purple light it lights up

Ich habe dieses Produkt auf mein natürlich dunkelblondes Haar aufgetragen, und anstatt das leuchtende Korallenrot zu bekommen, das ich mir erhofft hatte, wurde es eher kastanienbraun. Es hat mein Haar insgesamt auch dunkler gemacht, was nicht das gewünschte Ergebnis war. Um fair zu sein, sagt das Produkt, dass die Ergebnisse bei dunklerem Haar subtil ausfallen können, daher war mir bewusst, dass es ein gewisses Risiko gab. Ich kann nicht sagen, wie lange die Farbe gehalten hat, da der Unterschied so subtil war, dass man kaum ein Verblassen bemerkt hat. Eine Flasche hat kaum für mein Haar gereicht, daher denke ich, dass zwei Flaschen ein besseres Ergebnis geliefert hätten. Insgesamt funktioniert es wahrscheinlich besser bei hellerem oder vorgebleichtem Haar, aber für dunklere Blondtöne ist es nicht besonders effektiv.

It was absolutely FABULOUS if used correctly- the sparkling silver color is VERY stunning and I would definitely recommend this to anyone BUT- YOU MUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS- If you don't, epole will blame the product but, the fault lies with the USER........Agnes

Recomendadísimo. Me lo echo en mi pelo (que tiene una decoloración muy, muy aclarada) y el verde neón que queda es una pasada, estoy enamoradísima. Además, el verde es uno de los colores que más resiste a los aclarados. Lavándomelo una vez a la semana, me dura un poco más de dos meses.

Me encanta te deja un color rojo cereza precioso incluso cuando se va desgastando no se ve tan mal como los tintes normales, en la foto ya me toca volver a echarlo i ace casi 1 mes

This colour turned out amazing on bleached hair. Very neon 10/10 would buy again but it is a small bottle
