Get these and your sleep issues will disappear. Works for me, menopausal woman who's not slept for a number of years but I take one of these before bed and I have the best sleep ever. Maybe a bit too good as I got up for the loo in the night still very much asleep and walked into the door frame and gave myself a black eye

Turned up prompt as always . Have been taking these for last three months now and I can honestly say I feel better in the mornings and my sleep has improved dramatically. Some people mention the capsule size is large and to be fair they are however the advert states you can open the capsule and put in a hot drink or mix in with your porridge . Personally don’t find them hard to swallow . Will definitely continue to take these !!! Thank you ⭐️

Upset stomach! Not sure if my batch is contaminated or just very strong but this product gives me an upset stomach whereas other brands don't.
