I've bought several brands of Inulin over the last few years and they certainly aren't the same with regards to sweetness, flavour and texture. This is my favorite so far because it's high on sweetness with almost a candyfloss flavor, light in texture and doesn't clog your mouth up as much as others when you eating it directly by the teaspoonful. The downside is the fact that it's expensive compared to other sellers but in this case you get what you pay for, organic top quality Inulin with a great flavor

Not happy as it is mKing me bloated . But I believe everybody’s body is different everyone can try no harm

Since I’ve been taking this supplement all I’ve been doing is farting and very smelly farts. Not using this anymore. I don’t want to embarrass myself in front of people.

Come tutti i prodotti Now food anche questo è ottimo , ha un buon sapore e funziona molto bene. Ho provato altri brand tornando sempre a questo. Consiglio di partire piano piano perchè l ' inulina va inserita in modo graduale. Io lo uso anche per dolcificare yogurt, caffè etc etc

I'm using it as a prebiotic to make yoghurt based on lactobacillus reuteri. Works fine.
