Has anyone else had an issue with the top strap digging into your foot and creating a little wound? I’m not sure if I should wait till they soften.

Maybe your strap is too tight. You should be able to put a finger between the strap and your foot. Since you already have tenderness, put some moleskin on the strap until your skin feels better. Hope this helps.

I wear a 7 1/2. Does anyone know about what size would fit?

I wear a 7 1/2 and the 37 is perfect!

It says it is made in Germany but it shows it is shipping from China? Are these fake??

Don't buy from a seller who ships from China, only purchase from Sellers who actually have a physical store and their Amazon.com name is the same as their brick and mortar store name. fakes won't have a footbed that says made in germany

It says it is made in Germany but it shows it is shipping from China? Are these fake??

Birkenstock no longer (since Jan1) sells on Amazon, or with any 3rd party vendors who deal with Amazon. Yet, if you type in Birkenstock today you see quite the assortment. They are fake. Why is Amazon supporting fake Birkenstocks when they are well aware of what’s going on? Redirect your questions to the Birkenstocks manufacturer
