B Complex, 240 ct

Love it! Packed with helpful, popular vitamins like the B’s, Folic Acid, CQ 10–and fruits! All organic! Gives me tons of energy! , Thank you, Naturelo! ☺️

These vitamin b complex are the best I've ever taken, most vit b's make me more agitated, these make me more relaxed. Worth the money. Small capsule so easy to swallow. I'll definitely stick with this brand.

A very good product I have plenty of energy when I take this one time a day

Makes my pee yellow. Very, very yellow. The capsules are also yellow. So my body isn't processing anything like actual food. UPDATE: Naturelo emailed me about this review: The yellow color of your urine comes from a single ingredient - Riboflavin (Vitamin B2). Our product contains 769% of the daily value of Riboflavin. So even if you absorb half of that amount, your body is still getting more than enough Riboflavin. I can assure you that this B Complex product works as advertised and your body is getting plenty of B vitamins. Please know that we stand behind the high quality of our ingredients and offer a full money back guarantee on all our products. I ASKED "Have you guys considered making something to compete with MagSRT (sustained release magnesium malate) since it seems the b vitamins could also benefit from a sustained release Minerals and d-ribose, as found in Thorne catalyte would be interesting too. Several small tablets that release over time to give you energy. Leucine from spirulna would be interesting too, and salt and sugar. I could totally see myself keeping the tablets tucked under my lip, slowly absorbing. A powder would be fun too. I want a sort of 'pre-workout' from naturelo, but of course with no caffeine, none of the garbage of traditional pre workouts. Adaptogens would be nice, but something cheaper than TianChi (on getkion.com) would be nice... RESPONSE: Thank you for sending your suggestion and request. I have sent your concern to our Lab Team and will get back to you as soon as I receive any response from them. FURTHER COMMENTS FROM ME (few months later) I learned that NIACIN is not a b vitamin to get too much of. Christ Masterjohn (phd nutrition) has recently finished a number of videos talking about niacin. He did explain that you do not want to get too much of niacin. I think he detials this in his video on NAD. He talks about eyeballing/guestimating a 1/5 of a serving of TruNiagen. Along with this comment he explains how much niacin you want to get. Niacin is not riboflavin, but it's still not normal to pee a real bright yellow. As such, I would recommend using half a capsule of this b-complex mixed in with a big smoothie/drink, or even better, mix it with all your supplement powders in a daily supplement zip-lock baggie. You can tell your co-workers it's performance enhancing drugs, and it will be true except for the drug part. Over the day, mix a little bit of the powder in your drinks. Add extra to help prevent/get out of the mid-day slump. Don't use too much as there seems to be slight dependency that can build up. Go for 3/4 of a daily multi

So if I'm showing my face for this product is because I really trust it, and I will tell you why. I have been a gym rat for about 20 years, I'm 37, I have tried all kind of supplements, you name them, even the multi vitamin from this brand. I have a mild allergy to wheat and oats, which I discovered some years ago and I know something was going wrong. Every time I eat wheat or oats I feel like I have the flu for a week and also feel very depressive and low on energy. I know I have some problem with nutrient absorption in my gut. Using the multivitamin from this company didn't make a big change, but one day my wife ordered this B complex by mistake thinking it was the vitamins. I started taking it just because we had it and noticed a big, mean big improvement in energy and focus, also my depression problems didn't bother me, all the opposite, I have been feeling hopefull, like wishing to do things and very optimistic every day, and I wake up at 7, study, go to the gym, cook, go to work and come home at midnight every day. I stopped taking these for a week and I felt not so good again, started again and felt fine, so it must be these ones. Maybe it is just me and a malabsorption of vitamins or it is the blend they put into these pills, but without any caffeine in my diet, low on sugar, and a lot of excercise I'm feeling great, so this is my second bottle and I will continue taking these as they only gave good results, no side effects besides a strong pee, but that is natural effect and shows my body is taking and circulating these vitamins. Also they bring a fruit and veg blend and CoQ10, vegan, no gluten, no soy, no gmo, no coloring, no preservatives and no flavoring. Try them, they worked better than any other energy supplement for me. I hope my experience is helpful, stay well please.

Another great product from Naturelo! I’ve recently recognized that time has crept on me and if I want to be able to enjoy my senior years, I need to make a shift in habits. I have already been diagnosed for Osteoporosis, and my skin has become paper-thin, tearing and bruising easily. There was no time to waste. I needed a well-rounded group of daily vitamins that were the highest quality I could afford -- at a time my income was no longer what it used to be. So, a good B Complex was one of the requirements for fortifying my health. And one of the key ingredients that is constantly recommended is Algae. Of course, it isn’t necessarily easy to say whether or not a vitamin or supplement is working. Often the effect is subtle, or just gentle, but makes a significant difference based on our commitment to sticking to a routine over time. So, I did what I do. I researched – a lot. First I needed to know what the advice is from the best medical professionals who have dedicated their focus on the health issues I’m facing – to determine what I need to keep my body – and brain – running strong for as long as I can. As I started my search I used these rules: 1. Nothing that causes Inflammation. So NO Gluten, Food Dyes, or other unnecessary additives or fillers. 2. Nothing Toxic. So NO GMOs or Preservatives. With that in mind, I searched for “Best Vitamin/Supplement” lists and I found multivitaminguide.org where Naturelo had the highest score for what is most important: Effectiveness, based on Safety, Composition, Potency, and Bio-availability. Consistently, as I looked at reviews, Naturelo is highly-praised for the purity and quality of its ingredients, the balance of its formulas, and the wide range of products that serve specific needs. The GMP label on Naturelo products means it follows FDA Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines: Their products are contamination-free, manufacturing is well documented, personnel are well trained, and a Quality Management System is used throughout production. Okay, this was all great. But one more thing. I wanted to know more about the company itself, the people behind the product. So I went to the website. And what I found made me so happy. The Naturelo website has so much information – about each product, of course – but there’s also so many informative, well-written blog posts. I also discovered their commitment to doing good in the world. From the website: PROUD SUPPORTER OF VITAMIN ANGELS Ever since we started in 2013, we made giving back a core part of who we are. NATURELO is a corporate partner and proud supporter of Vitamin Angels, a not-for-profit organization that provides life-changing vitamins to mothers and children under five who are at high risk of malnutrition. By providing vitamin supplements to these vulnerable populations, Vitamin Angels is reducing preventable illness and helping create a healthier world. We are proud to pledge a share of our profits to Vitamin Angels because we believe in the transformative power of helping people in need. When you purchase a NATURELO supplement today, you support Vitamin Angels this year. For all these reasons, I know Naturelo is the right choice.

Very good product

I’ve been taking Naturelo Vitamin B Complex for well over a year and feel they are working very good and highly recommend it.

Arrive As a description, good product

I’ve been taking NATURELO B Complex for a while, and it really helps me feel more energy and less tired. It also helps with stress, and I feel more balanced. Easy to swallow, vegan, and good quality. Better than other B vitamins I tried before.

One of the best natural vitamin b complex I’ve taken so far. With an abudance of natural organic ingredients. No synthetic fillers. Very gentle on the stomach too. I am an active older man cycling, weight lifting and a good diet, I still know the importance of energy levels for cell repair as we all age. It can be hard trying to found the right supplement out there that is in its most natural form. Also being methylated the added Choline, Inositol and CoC10 are very rare in other quality vitamins. Yes I do eat very healthy again getting your diet right first is important. No good supplementing with vitamins if diet is weak in nutrition. Me personally it does more harm. However being an active older man who exercises regularly with an very active job that can become stressful. I know one as to look after their mind too, however it starts from within the gut. I already eat good quality nutritious foods making sure I get the optimum energy out of what I eat by supplementing with this formula. I don’t take everyday around 3-4 times a week in cycles. These are very potent mind you. Since taking this brand my mental focus and energy levels have increased. I know if I skip taking b vitamins after a few days. For example I squat and deadlift quite heavy. I know when I feel fatigue before and after. You definitely can tell the difference when body and mind feels sluggish. That is why I know bvits are important. I was a skeptical person and thought all was a fad. I am still skeptical of certain vitamins. Not bvits whatsoever very important for ones health. As getting older and still an active person I know I do need to supplement right with a good balanced diet for optimum performance and mental clarity. This brand is all plant based and is beneficial for my wife. It really does support her hormonal balances making her skin, eyes and hair healthy looking and glowing. For energy conversion and cell repair in older people natural b. Vitamins are a must. Very happy with this quality brand and as I have already researched. It is hard to come across a quality as Naturelo. Especially with all organic ingredients will be purchasing this brand again for sure. Very happy mature man.

Good value and easy to take.

I dislike that color of capsules absorbed by the protecting cotton inside the container shows like it is unnatural colors , I took it because I have deficiency in B12
