Box Contains Variable Friction Arm Review: Necessary tool for the studio. - One of the best tools for photographers and videographers, so versatile and handy that i've found myself not minding the price because they get used so often. They are incredibly sturdy and this version with the friction wheel instead of the lever allows you to make fine adjustments which comes in handy when you're using these for gripping reflector boards that need fine adjustment. Although I would consider it quite expensive for what it is I've not found another replacement i'd be willing to choose over this. Review: Brilliant support system - What a great piece of kit, this is now a must take accessory when I'm out and about, combined with a super-clamp from manfrotto you can have a stable platform for any camera by clamping to handrails or other structures. The large central wheel locks and unlocks all the joints together, it just works brilliantly ## Features - Made to Italy’s authentic quality standards - Made to Italy’s high quality standards - Robust and durable aluminium design - Flexible enough to carry up to 3 kg and stretch to 53 cm - Precision with variable friction and ergonomic knob - Comes complete with standard - size attachments ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B001CFCFVE | | Best Sellers Rank | 49 in Camcorder Stabilisers & Supports | | Brand | Manfrotto | | Brand Name | Manfrotto | | Colour | Black | | Compatible Devices | Cameras | | Compatible Phone Models | Universal | | Compatible devices | Cameras | | Compatible phone models | Universal | | Compatible with Vehicle Type | Automobile | | Country of Origin | Italy | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 428 Reviews | | EU Spare Part Availability Duration | 5 Years | | Enclosure Material | Aluminium | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00719821235385 | | Included Components | Manual | | Item Dimensions | 27.5 x 8 x 8.8 centimetres | | Manufacturer | Manfrotto | | Manufacturer Part Number | 244N | | Maximum Weight Capacity | 3000 Grams | | Model Name | 244N | | Model Number | 244N | | Mounting Type | Clamp | | Mounting type | Clamp | | Product Features | Portable | | Special feature | Portable | | UPC | 887554426322 719821235385 | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Manfrotto - **Colour:** Black - **Compatible devices:** Cameras - **Compatible phone models:** Universal - **Mounting type:** Universal Mount ## Images ![Manfrotto Variable Friction Arm - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51aBjBPNJ5L.jpg) ![Manfrotto Variable Friction Arm - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51M87xmbNLL.jpg) ![Manfrotto Variable Friction Arm - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31itLPAkLdL.jpg) ![Manfrotto Variable Friction Arm - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51SZJiBCmJL.jpg) ![Manfrotto Variable Friction Arm - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/513t7sJmPFL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does it have more stability than the manfrotto single arm 2 section with camera bracket** A: Ive never used single arm version, however I use this for exhibition with a 20k camera and have no problems with using it.
