Why Not Natural Vitamin D3 K2 (MK-7) with Organic Spirulina, 10000 IU Extra Strength Supplement in Veggie Capsules, Supports Bone Health, Immune System and Mood

Good product. My doctor said I needed to take vitamin D as my blood draw showed me deficient (not enough sun in the winter.) I've been taking this product for a year now and my blood levels are back in normal levels.

I take several of their vitamins and love them easy in the stomach!

These really work - for me! I brought this one because of the added spirulina and increased 10,000 iu with K2. As you can see, my lab results back in March was in the low range at 28. I purchased this two weeks after my lab results and when I tested again this month (June) my levels were the highest I’ve ever seen them - amazing 54.8! When I first started taking them, I administered 1 every other day and 5000iu (different brand) on the other days. Then I decided to take the 10,000 iu every day in May (without taking the 5000). So I’d say it took about 1.5 months to achieve my 58.4 results. I think I’ll keep taking one daily until my numbers reach 65. I’ll definitely purchase these again!

Seems of great quality but not sure about its effective. Time will tell.

WOW!!!! I thought I had RA, and even my doctors have been stumped for almost a year now. I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, because I have been living with chronic joint pain all over. I don't have fibro, and have tested negative for RA, but was being referred to a rheumatologist. That was when I took my health into my own hands, as I usually do. I hate meds, so I will alter my diet, and look at herbal remedies. I have always had extremely low vitamin D numbers when my PCP checked my blood work, and all the prescription vitamin D in the world never helped me. I stay exhausted, in pain, and have never been able to remedy the problem. That is when I looked into what I could do for the joint pain, and that is when I read into vitamin D3/K2. I was looking for a higher dose of D3 since I am overweight, but am losing weight through diet and exercise. Still, I'm overweight, which means I need more D3, and I need K2 to go with the D3. I have used Spirulina before, and when I found this, I thought I would give it a shot. I liked the dosage, and it appeared to be what I was looking for. I'm 2 weeks in, and guess what?? I have no more joint pain. I have normal aches and pains where I have had a break in bones, but I was suffering in every single joint in my body to the point to where I was working remote more than I was able to go into my job. The RA I thought I had is no more. I now know it had to be a lack of vitamins, and I am going to get the rest of my weight off, which D3/K2 will also assist with. Soon, I will be a new me. I feel it. I can almost taste it. I will continue to take this miracle pill. It has changed my life!
