Really work for b12 deficiency!!
1) Methylcobalamin of b12 is the bio active form needed by body. The other commonly used forms have to be metabolised to this form anyways so this is more effective quickly. 2) Dosage is constant throughout day. Injection and pills have a lower absorption due to the big hit. The body can only process a certain amount at a time. Slow release is more effective. 3) No pain like injections and Much more effective than oral doses -( often less than 1%!) 4) No toxic by products like cyanocobalamin (even tho that's not a concern at those tiny levels.) The additional vitamins help the pathway. I took a little folic acid with it. Started to feel better a day later and symptoms like tingling of toes and numbness of face and visual aura started to get better. They are meant to be WEEKLY patches that are worn for a day. But I have been wearing a new one every day as I am very deficient in b12. After a week I will swop to weekly then monthly. I highly recommend trying these especially if you're waiting for treatment injections etc. NB taking these will raise your serum levels of b12 into the normal zone. If the doctor hasn't blood tested you to diagnose the deficiency, it may give a false negative result to deficiency! If they see your normal levels you may get refused treatment! Blood test first quickly then start these, if possible.

Very helpful, reduced symptoms.
I am under longterm investigation of probable inflammatory bowel disease causing low b12 levels with symptoms, low folates and severe iron deficiency anaemia. I have ongoing symptoms due to low Hb but in addition have vague symptoms which I didn't realise were low b12 in myself and only found out when I was looking at causes of my mum's loss of balance/falls etc. My main symptoms are extreme tiredness causing me to sleep for long periods of time, brainfog, loss of co-ordination, dropping things tingling in hands and feet headaches and forgetfulness. I have others but are more linked to the low iron/Hb. I had fast delivery of the patches. I found they don't always stick well for the 24hrs so I now apply a sticky dressing pad over the top which keeps the b12 patch from falling off. I definitely had improvement of the brain fog and felt more alert within a couple of days also had more energy. I started loading doses of b12 injections at my gp surgery but due to being unwell I couldn't always attend for the appointments and had to change them. I used the patches every week to get me through this time. I definitely recommend them if like me, you can't take oral medication either through symptoms of bowel inflammation or lack of absorption also caused by inflammation of the colon in my case. I'm just about to order more. They are very well priced and worth a try especially if they help you, I hope they do.

Make a difference- in theory!
I have been using these for some time to supplement my 3 monthly NHS injections. Scientifically patches are a very good way to absorb B12 if you are deficient, second only to injections (people with B12 deficiency cannot absorb it through the stomach which is why they are deficient). Do they make a difference?. I'm not totally sure, but they are low cost and easy and there is no real downside. I wouldn't bother if I was not clinically B12 deficient.

Definitely worth using
I suffer from M.E/C.F.S and as anyone with this vile illness knows nothing makes us well but if something makes us feel even fractionally better then it is worth taking. I have queried my B12 levels before and always been told it was normal but I found out from a new GP that it is low end of normal so I thought that this would be worth trying. I put the first patch behind my ear on a hairless place as I'd read to do and a couple of days later was well enough to drive to my doctors appointment, something I can't always do, sometimes I'm not even well enough to go in a taxi and have to cancel, so that was a plus. The next day I felt OK too then I picked up a cold which sent me to rock bottom which was annoying as it flawed the effects of the B12 patch. I looked online if you could use more than one a week and it said you could use two so I tried another. As a tip I'd say don't put it on at night, I was wide awake at 4a.m! I don't know whether this was coincidence or an energy boost. For the first couple of weeks I've used a patch twice a week and I do feel slightly lighter, a bit more energy and able to pace myself. I'll now use one a week as the instructions say and maybe if I have an event I need to attend like my son's wedding coming up I'll use a patch two days before. Like I say, I'm nowhere near well but anything that helps even slightly is worth doing and these patches do seem to help a bit, especially for anyone with low end of normal B12 levels. I found that they stuck well even with the steam from a bath.

Does good job, but I'm not sure if it lasts that long.
The first day I felt much better with my cfs/ fibromyalgia energy levels and wierd "squashy" muscle pain (semi disapeared), .Also I am defo more motivated since I have used it. However, the larger boost of energy seems to be more related to the first day or two. I wonder if I need two. So i think I will to go to my doc about an injection instead or ask his advise about if i can get them on the nhs and maybe use two or use 1 and another extra plain vit b patch on top. Its alot to spend buyin two tho. Its defo worth a try if u have CFS and fibro or just general low energy and immune system probs.... I don't think it works very well after the 2nd/3rd day myself and i find it hard washing and using massage washes on my shoulders so i moved it to my leg now

Good product
Arrived next day which was impressive. I honestly am not sure if I really feel much physical difference from them but I did seem to sleep better with the patch on so i'm happy about that. Plus they don't contain cyanide unlike the shots of b12 I was getting from the doc, plus it is well known that b vitamins work best in the body with other b vitamins not just a single b vitamin by itself so that's also much better than a cyanide shot. Pretty pricey to buy every 6 weeks and I do wonder if the 50,000 mcg dose is enough to last a week - I'm not sure, but it def seems a cleaner way to get b12 than a synthetic b12 from a cyanide shot that has to get broken down in the liver to get turned into b12 if my understanding is correct (hydroxcobalamin) - pretty crazy). These patches have methyl cobalamin which is the naturally found form of B12 which the body can use straight away. I checked which form of B12 it is on the vie patch website. Only thing I haven't worked out is what the glue is made from?

Topping me up between injections
I have B12 injections every 12 weeks but by week 9 or 10 I am normally feeling drained. Started using these once a week at week 8 and I thought I could feel a boost within 30 minutes. Maybe that was in my head. I took the patch off 24 hours later , as instructed and a day or two later I was aching and feeling a bit low again. Nevertheless applied another one a week later and one a week after that. I then realised that I was 10 weeks into my gap between injections and I don't ache, I don't feel low anymore. It feels like these have topped me up and are going to keep me alive until the next jab. I wish we could get the injections more frequently BUT if we cant then , for me, these patches seem to make the gaps a bit more bearable.

Lose stick after a few hours!
I bought these because I have Pernicious Anaemia. Generally I start to feel rubbish again just before my injection is due so thought I'd try these to tide me over until my next injection. I read all the glowing reviews and was looking forward to trying these patches. I tried the first one, stuck it on the bottom of the back of my neck and it literally stayed on 3 hours before it lost all stick and fell off, rendering it useless. I tried another the next day incase the first one was a fluke. This time I put it on the front of my upper arm where there is also no hair and this time it stayed on 4 hours before it completely lost stick and again fell off. Can't comment on whether the product worked because the patches just wouldn't stay on even a quarter of the time they were meant to be left on for..so useless for me and a waste of ยฃ12.99 for me!
