I first discovered BioKult several years ago when I was planning a trip to Morocco. A number of regular travellers advised taking a course of good quality, multi-strain probiotics for six weeks prior to travel to boost my natural immunity and prevent any food-related upset tummies. My husband and I took BioKult before, during and after our trip and never once felt a twinge of nausea, let alone stomach upsets. Whilst Symprove Live & Activated Bacteria - Mango & Passion Fruit - 4 x 500ml may be recommended because of its guaranteed gut-delivery system, it is far too expensive for most people to use regularly. Certainly at least one course of probiotics is recommended after every antibiotic treatment but most people need more than one course a year to keep their gut biome healthy. I have to say that I am a huge believer in the power of prebiotics. Having chronic, incurable health conditions myself, I am always interested in scientific advances and anything that can improve my quality of life. There is a large amount of peer reviewed research into the importance of the gut biome and how it might well be the single biggest influence on our health. I buy these regularly because I think they're the right balance between price and quality. A good variety of strains. Do they survive? who knows? I find that my toilet habits are generally more satisfactory when I'm using these n when not.

My bowels are much more at rest than before. Far less gas and an almost odorless no. 2....big contrast to the situation before for many years. also the "texture" is much, much better. It takes some weeks to really give these amazing results. Yes I say AAAamazing because for years it was really s%@t on all these points and now it is normal and nice. I feel much better due to these small wonder pills.

I have never written a review for a product before, ever, but I really feel that this one deserves it. After suffering from debilitating IBS for many years (it was really really nasty and unpleasant) I was feeling super hopeless. I had tried eliminating foods and introducing new foods and relaxation techniques etc. etc. and it never did very much for me. After reading about some preliminary studies I decided to try Bio-Kult. I approached it with scepticism, since I really didn't want to get my hopes high. I think that even on the first day of taking Bio-Kult I noticed an improvement. By the next week almost all my symptoms were extremely reduced or completely gone. I feel SO much better! I can spend more time working, my concentration is better, my energy is better and I rarely have a bad attack. I can eat pretty much anything (alas, still not dark chocolate) if I take just one tablet at lunchtime. I really wish I had found these guys many years ago. Also I am saving loads of money on toilet roll hallelujah.

This one is very effective unlike other probiotics. We have gut issues alot , and need probiotics . and i try other ones as well . I look for cheaper options since my family needs them . I recommend to my friends and families and all says this is a good probiotic and works well . Only concern for me is the cost. Gets pricey since we need couple in a day.

Love that it is multiple strains and the ones I wanted, and the capsule size is tiny. Yes probiotics are expensive but this one is no more expensive than others, and it does the job of regulating our GI and immune systems.

We always have this in our cabinet. It works well for stomach bugs and we have even used it when the dog got into food he shouldn't have..... fixed him right up!!! We love this stuff and highly recommend.

It was a gift for my mother, so I cant rate this product.
