I am 6ft tall and according to some reviews of the popular version of this doing the rounds, some people are finding it a bit too cramped when they use it and they have also said the rollers are too hard on the back. Well, this one suits me fine, I do not feel cramped, having said that it is at it's fullest adjustment, the back of my head sits in the headrest fine. The rollers do not feel too hard but with anything like this they cannot be too soft or they would not last long with the use they will be put through so the rollers on this are giving but not too much so I put a pillow over them and it is brilliant!The instructions are not the best and they are smallish thumb nail photographs but looking at them and the chair I figured out what went where, apart from the front leg assembly and the tension springs (you get six) most of it is together already and just takes a bit of patience to finish it. There are also some photographs to show you what sort of exercise you can do on it but unlike the big advert one you DO NOT get a full glossy booklet or DVD but there are plenty of uploads out there on the internet to look at.The back support can be adjusted a little from a really small backward movement to all the way back the chair swivels and the front bars move independently of each other and can be adjusted from light to really stiff tensions on the elastic straps. You can also hook the hand held tension bands either to the front or rear feet or pretty much anywhere they will fit, there is also the push up bars at the front if you have the strength!All in all I am really happy with this, I had kept an old Ab lounge DVD and I have found I can adapt the exercises to suit this without much trouble so instead of all the hype and glossy bits that go with the other one I sourced other ways to use this and saved (at the time of this review) over thirty pounds so it will not be as painful if it becomes an ornament! I hope it does not, after a few try outs it is helping with a decent workout and not getting down on the floor is a bonus especially with a dodgy back and again that is where the pillow really works as well!One last thing, the delivery (free) was really speedy, ordered on the Saturday it arrived on Tuesday so well impressed. If you really do like all the bells and whistles fair enough but I must admit this was a chancy buy that was actually worth it. And NO I have no affiliation with this company, anyway I can't speak Chinese!

Not bad for its price. . Not feeling the twisting seat tho. . The instruction leaflet was not clear at all. .

it was easy to assemble and it small and does what it said until you tried to use it the first time the silver bolt with the black nobb at back bends and you cannot use it or even take it out of the holes because it is out of shape and will not move worst item i have ever bought and have adv friend civil and army personnal about how u/s it it and not worth the money or time it look the part but does not do what it suppose to sorry adv people all/anyone to look elseway for something that does as it should do i.e work

Overall pleased with the item. Have found it a very useful tool for both me and my wife. Easy to use and adjustable springs are good to chose the resistance you want. One negative though, the arm stretches are weak and one broke soon after purchase.

This is not flimsy as some have stated, it is accurately made and easily put together. Not exactly hi-tech, just simple springs and levers, does the job that it was designed to do.

Don't not but this product what ever you do an absolute waste of money . The product is poor quality and just the design of the product means this does not work as and ab cruncher/trainer . Because I was so disappointed I decided to send it back at a cost of £25 which the company are refusing to refund . Avoid this company at all cost they have terrible customer service !!!

stay away from this over priced bag of rubbish.built for children and small adults when you sit on it the whole centre bends and creeks like it wants to snap I'm no fatty 12stonethe arm and leg exercise bands are a waste of time a 2 year old could pull them.don't waste your hard earned money on this
