Does it come inflated

How do you know which size to get?

I have the 45cm for my daughter (just under 4ft) and it's a good size (or a touch big) for her ballet exercises/stretches, and she can use it as a seat, but too small for me (5'2") to use, I need 55cm to exercise and that's too small for me to sit on. Hope that helps

Can we easily blow it up and deflate it if we need to travel with it?
