It has 468 kcal per 125g if this helps are its 30g protein and 81g carbs

Is this product any good for rapid recovery post cycling training or I should look for a different kind of powder? Any recommendations?

this is designed as a mass gainer and can be used to help with recovery if on a budget. due to the level of calories per serving it can be split into 2 or even 3 servings instead of 1 mass gain serving. however there are specialist recovery ready to drink shakes available if you are not on a budget. I use for goodness shake recovery drinks from my local supermarket but at £2 per bottle it becomes expensive! hence buying this mass gainer

I don’t want this for muscle but to just genuinely up my weight and add more calories. I am a women 5ft7 and under 8st. Have no clue about this stuff

Hi well you want a high carb meal replacement shake. If you type that in, you should get all the results on Google.
