I've never wall mounted a T.V before, but my friend recommended this bracket to mount my 50 inch Bravia. It pretty much comes with everything you need, I had to buy some specific fixings for plaster board. (I used "grip it" fixings, which were fairly good) The bracket seems very good quality and overall does an excellent job. Once fitted, the T.V is easy to take off the bracket if needed. My only slight criticism is this: the mounts that attach to the T.V itself, do not seem to sit perfectly level when screwed in at the top holes of each mount. The T.V did not sit level despite both mount holes being in exactly the same position on each mount. I checked the wall mount with a spirit level and this was perfectly level. I did the same with the back of the T.V and it was definitely off. Thankfully, due to the design of the bracket, it was fairly easy to just adjust the mounts on the T.V and offset them very slightly to get it level. Not a massive problem, but slightly annoying. Edit: I recently received an email from SPN imports, the company who supplied me with the bracket. They wrote to me regarding my feedback in having difficultly getting the TV mount level. They apologised, gave me a full refund and sent me a free gift of an articulating TV wall mount! They did all this despite me not having even contacting them to complain or anything. I think they had just seen my comments in my review. It was only a minor inconvenience anyway, I easily mounted the TV correctly, as stated in my review. I'm absolutely astounded at this level of customer care and full praise must be given, especially considering that I bought the mount back in march and they had actually taken consideration to follow the matter up some months later. They seemed genuinely concerned. So, thank you very much SPN imports, you are truly excellent and I appreciate your care! (I've changed my rating of the product from 4 stars to 5, for the excellent customer care received)

The wall mount arrived on time although I did find it placed on my door step in plain view of anybody who was looking for a free wall mount as they walked by.. Thankfully no one took it and I was soon on the way to putting the bracket together. The instructions were not easy to understand but once you Unpacked everything it started to make sense. For the price I think it is great value and does the job so far. I haven't and hope not to find my tv on the floor one morning. You can easily buy the equivalent from the high street for around £60-£80 so great price and also comes with hdmi cable and spirit level include. It's nice and slim against the wall which is what I wanted. Just a little tip- read the instructions across the page as apposed to down the page as it didn't make much sense until I realised this. UPDATED 18/4 I have increased the star rating to a full 5 stars. I have received amazing customer service from SPN imports and services who supplied the TVs wall mount. They called me in regards to my review and comments on how the instructions were a little tricky to understand. They asked for some feedback on how they could improve the instructions and improve the product which I was happy to give. They also reassured me in regards to the manufacturing strength of the wall mount. They then also felt the need to go above and beyond in making me a happy and satisfied customer by crediting my account for my inconvenience as well as sending me out an additional HDMI cable. I have never experienced customer service anywhere like this before and would highly recommend them.

Great mount, solid and was easy to fix to a stud partition wall, plus it comes with a good quality long HDMI cable. I did fit flat washers on the four screws that attach the two upright arms to the TV, as the spring washers did not fully span the gap and went slightly off centre, it may have held fine but I didn't want to take any chances. The quick release mechanism is very handy to quickly release the TV to gain access to the rear connectors, however, this can be either a plus or a negative because the TV is not fixed in place and can slide left and right with a bit of effort. In my situation this was a plus, as the 2 wall studs that I attached the frame to were not centre to where I wanted to position the TV so I could slide the TV across to centre it. The 2 release cords can easily be hidden from inquisitive hands behind the TV. The tilt mechanism seems to work and securely holds the TV at the correct angle, plus there are 2 locking pins supplied if you did want to have the TV fixed flat against the wall. In all a decent quality mount at a great price.

UPDATE: I've increased the star rating of this product from 4/5 to 5/5 for the simple fact that SPN Performance (the seller of this product) has fantastic customer service. While my review was mostly positive (you can read it below, I have not changed it), I did note an issue with how tight the bolts came from the factory. SPN not only emailed me, but called me, to discuss the problem in depth and to let me know that they will be passing this information on to their manufacture to try and correct the problem in the future. The gentleman I spoke to from SPN was very professional and genuinely interested in the performance of his product. You cannot say that for many companies out there. Good on SPN for having great customer service. These mounts are pretty good, not great, but good. They will most certainly get the job done. What I really liked about them is how solid they feel. No flimsy parts. You will feel secure when you hang these. What I did not like is how difficult it was to get the monitor bracket off. They tightened the bolt way too tight. I needed to get a socket wrench and a piece of cloth for my hands (to prevent the allen wrench from digging in to my hand) in order to take it off. Also, the mount is not as flush against the wall as it could be. What I really liked about the mount is everything that it came with. Cheetah packed its box with more then they needed to. They include a level, HDMI cable, Velcro cable ties, and a little LED flash light. Lastly, if you cannot mount this in studs, make sure to get some real nice hollow wall anchors. The stuff included is really only for stud mounting.

Good wall mount for the money. Fairly easy to install, but issue was with the extension brackets. It took me a couple of minutes to get them lined up properly, but after that it was good. My worry is, with the extensions on, I wasn't sure if the the extensions could hold the weight of the TV with the lag screws off-set fairly severely; but, so far, so good. It seems solid enough and works well. The bonus HDMI cable is nice! Update: WOW! The customer service is AWESOME. Their response to my (I thought) fairly positive review has been overwhelming - so much so, that I've updated my rating from 4 to 5 stars. To date, the mount has held up VERY well, with absolutely no signs of the any part of the mount sagging, even with a lot of weight on the extension. Very sturdy and yes, I'd recommend this mount!

I was skeptical of this mount. Why should this be so cheap compared to other mounting kits? I ordered one (due to the price), and prepared to return it if I did not think the mount could handle the weight of the 52" LCD TV (Samsung). Once I got it, I understood the cost. Good low-cost design and built with solid heavy duty steel. - Two horizontal bars are load-bearing, and for proper VESA spacing, they have to be parallel and relative distance must be in the right tolerances. These are made of solid steel. - Two vertical bars (in the wall mount) are flimsey, and that's ok. it should be solid enough make a rectangle box w/ square angles. That's it. - Two vertical mounting (to the TV) brackets are of heavy duty metal. Making this in to two parts (not one), reduction of material, but also allows free horizontal adjustment on the TV mount. - By doing the above, the kit is small, uses less metal (and reduce shipping and material waste). Positives --------- 1. Good solid and heavy duty construction. 2. Good value (low-cost). Paid less than $ 25 including shipping. 3. Easy install. Took 15 min to figure out the instruction (which is not totally clear), and 10~15 min to install and ready to watch. 4. built-in level worked well during marking of mouting holes on the wall --I tested w/ my own, and was consistent. 5. Once the mounted on the wall, and bracket on TV, you could adjust horizontal TV placement on the mount, just by sliding few inches left or right, post install. I expect this to be safe and true if the wall mount is directly screwed into the wall studs. I do not expect dry-wall install without the use of the studs to handle such adjustment. 6. The brackets on TV could also be used to adjust vertical TV placement by a few inches up and down. But for this one, you'll need to lift TV off the bracket and adjust and pull back :-). 7. There is a reasonable space (I would say, just right) from the wall to the TV to get cables/connectors through WITHOUT using any expensive 90 degree connectors. Plenty of space between two horizontal bars to put extra power outlet and data HDMI cable outlet to hide all the cables. 8. This supports tilt up/down, and works well. Amazon product description does not make it clear. Negatives --------- 1. Just one. Clearer instruction so that I do not need to spend 15 min figuring things out. One could learn a lot form IKEA :-). 2. Packing/Packaging -- Not necessarily Cheetah Mount issue -- mine came w/o missing parts, although I noticed torn cardboard box edges and some parts COULD have been lost during shipping. Either double box, or have Cheetah use heavier box stock. Helpful Hints & Comments ------------------------- 1. DO NOT forget to tighten the screws (2) on the bottom horizontal bars AFTER TV is placed on the wall mount -- especially if you are in CA w/ quake. This is what prevents TV falling off the mount accidentally. But do not over-tighten (you are NOT securing from left-to-right movement). 2. Very happy w/ my purchase. Will get one more for my other TV.

Easy to assemble. Easy to install (they even included a little carpenter's level - how cute!). Holds a 50+" Plasma TV (heavy) without flinching. Question: Why should I pay over $100 for any of the others? Answer: I "SHOULDN'T"!!! It even came with an included HDMI cable. This wasn't advertised though, so I don't know if everybody gets one (and I don't know how well it works, as I already had my own). My stud locations were in the worst possible orientation for placing the TV exactly where I wanted it. But all I needed to do was drill one extra hole in each of the horizontal rails and up she went. Very very good design (as an engineer, I love simple solutions). The maximum tilt range is perfect for my sitting distance - about 15 feet away from the TV mounted with its base about 4 and a half feet off the floor. Excellent piece. Highly recommended.

Great price, easy to install. some assembly required. Really do enjoy these cheetah mounts, they are solid on the wall and i don't have any worry. Bought 3 to install in a retail setting, and they fit the bill perfectly. Used for 3 55-inch Proscan 4k tvs
