Six Longer Sizes VuVa Set Made in USA BPA Free Set with Instructions and Travel Pouch - Set of 6

I was a bit skeptical at first but wow, I am impressed. I carry much of my stress in my pelvic floor and after years of intense non-stop stress, nothing was going in. I mean absolutely nothing. Until now! The packaging was discreet so no one in the house knew what I was getting. I was a bit intimidated by the largest one at first, but to my surprise I was able to insert it fully after two weeks of practicing with the other sizes. Impressed, because I was expecting it to take way longer! By the way, I saw many people complain that there is no size between #4 and #5. The truth is, the dilators increase in diameter 0.25" at a time which is exactly what is usually recommended by the professionals or even by the sex toy shops for when you are trying to get used to larger stuff, so do not fret, just keep working at it and it WILL go in! The instructions that came with the dilators are very helpful. A few tips that I personally have found helpful: -I found it best to try to get at least a little aroused before starting, as opposed to "just sticking it in", e.g. watch some videos, play with myself a bit, etc. It really does make a big difference. -At first I could accommodate just the tip of each dilator, and that's totally cool! I found that if I left an erotic video on for those 20-30 minutes I was supposed to leave the dilator in, it would gradually go in deeper pretty much on its own as the arousal would increase. The V does open up, be patient! -I found that some positions make inserting easier. Don't feel like you only have to lie on your back, for example I found that lying on my side makes inserting so much easier, or on my back with a pillow under my behind. - Moving on to the next size is easier if done within the same session. For example, when going from #3 to #4, at first I did like 10 min with #2, then 15 min with #3 and only then try to do at least a couple of minutes with #4. With time I didn't even need #2 anymore and could go straight from #3 to #4 and tolerate more minutes on #4. Then with time I realized I didn't even need to go through #3 anymore, I could go straight to #4! -On some days for whatever reasons, nothing much will happen - and it's completely ok, just be sure to come back again tomorrow and be patient and kind to your body! Hope this review helps. We need to get comfortable with talking about this stuff as a society, and not be ashamed.

Great product

These work well, but wish there was a size between the largest and next to largest size (5-6). Otherwise, easy to insert and easy to clean. The included bag is great for storing the ones I use.

This is probably the most emotional and TMI review I will ever write, but here we go! I was sexually assaulted multiple times which resulted in the development of vaginismus in high school. Anything entering my vagina hurt, so sex was out of the question. Even little things like using tampons or q-tips at the gyno were incredibly painful. After almost 6 years of different physical therapies, yoga, and prescribed creams/ointments, my friend recommended that I use dilators after hearing about it from a TV show. The results were incredible. I went from the smallest dilator to the third dilator within two weeks of daily use. Within two months, I was able to work my way up to the largest dilator without pain (that was super shocking to me as I thought that dilator was scary large at first). Now, my experience may not be the same for you, but I can wholeheartedly attest to these working for me. I can wear tampons now and going to the gyno is a breeze! The bag that comes with the dilators looks like a little makeup bag, so no one will think anything of it if they happen to see them in your room. Mine came with two samples of the Slippery Stuff lubricant and I would highly recommend buying a larger bottle as that helped immensely with alleviating pain and general discomfort during and after using the dilators. If possible, take a warm bath after use as that will also help to reduce pain after use. If not, a hot pack will help. You may feel sore after use, but it's just like stretching any other body part, so don't be alarmed. The only thing I would improve is adding another dilator between the last two sizes. The jump between them was a little jarring for me, but using extra lubricant and added time in the bath afterwards will help. Honestly, it's such a minor issue and truly my only complaint. This product has increased my overall quality of life and reduced the shame I felt as a woman with a dysfunctional vagina (google's words, not mine). If you have vaginismus, this is definitely an incredible product to try!

For 8 years I had always had slightly painful sex, especially certain positions or if it lasted a little longer but never thought anything of it. I recently started dating someone new who is more well endowed than my previous partner and found sex to be absolutely painful every time and every position. I self-diagnosed myself with PID, STD’s, Pelvic floor disease, etc and assuming the worst. I went to my gyno and they did a number of tests only to say that I was perfectly healthy! She then recommended extremely expensive lydocane and steroid creams that worked in the moment, but the pain came raging back afterwards and was even worse. The relief was temporary and too expensive to maintain. I heard about dilators and decided to try this based on several good reviews. I followed the instructions and quickly went up to the two largest sizes and did the kegal exercises with them in, 45 mins almost every night for 10 days straight. I then spent 8 days with my partner and had sex every day, a couple times a day without hardly any pain, and the last time was the only time where it was unbearable for hours after (which it had been EVERY time before I started using the dilators.) I cannot wait to continue using them and hopefully get to the place where I no longer have excruciating pain during or after sex ever again! I highly recommend as these are a long term solution.

The product comes with a little lube but I advise you to buy a bottle at the store and use it generously. It also comes with some stretching instructions for your body that you can use to warm yourself up before using the dilator. I wanted to see if it would still work without the exercises and it does. I started with size 3 and was astonished at how fast I was able to adapt to the size, I am currenly on size 5 after about a month of using it twice a day. I recommend laying in your bed and watching an episode of your favourite show (20min) and having one of your favourite snacks as you use the dilator. A little pain is normal and just remember that it gets a little easier every time ❤️

I replaced the much more expensive silicone Intimate Rose set with this rigid plastic VuVa set. Hard plastic turns out to be more comfortable for me than silicone due to less friction (apparently it’s better for progress too). And I feel this is a very high quality plastic set, you can see in the picture that the centre has an incredibly smooth/non-sharp finish. It also comes in a sealed bag that keeps it sterile so you’ll know it’s new (and not used/contaminated) if it comes sealed. I feel the gap between 5 and 6 is a little too intimidating though which is slowing down progress. The gap between 6 and 7 looks even worse. I'm looking for another set that has in between sizes to use alongside this set.

This is a great product. I was not so sure at first but it does work. The instructions are clear, professional and include exercises you can do to help. I could see a difference after 2-3 weeks of use. It has no batteries which I like.
