Where Is Baby's Turkey?: A Karen Katz Lift-the-Flap Book

I really like the Karen Katz Lift The Flap books. My 9 month old granddaughter loves them. She has been a big fan of Lift The Flap books for a few months now. These are sturdy, simple and sweet and she enjoys trying to figure out how to lift the various flaps and is thrilled when she does. I like that the series includes so many different books for the various holidays, seasons, events and people but because they are all from the same author and in the same style, there is familiarity for babies too- the books are all individually different but not too different so babies immediately know what to expect when they get a new one. The drawings are bright and colorful with lots of things to point out on every page. These books hold her attention more than other Lift The Flap books and she is so delighted by them that, naturally, I have bought over a dozen different titles for her and so far, she has loved every one of them. I am so pleased with these books and highly recommend them.

I bought this book for thanksgiving last year and my daughter has loved reading it all year. It’s simple, colorful, cute, and lifting the flaps is a great motor skill task. Hoping to find s book as great this year.

This is a cute book for Thanksgiving. My 2 year old loves it. It’s a very simple story, perfect for younger kids.

Cute books. My 3 year old loves these books. She received her first one (pumpkin) when she was born and as she grew, she could lift the pages. They are nice and short books. So reading several at bedtime is fine with me! She memorized the words and often “reads” it back to me.

Very cute for 18 m old granddaughter. Better to have a peep a boo pop up vs flip at this age still.
