Melted all over
Product malted all over and tastes weird, it is not keto friendly. I use continues blood glucose monitor and after consuming 2 spoons from this chocolate, glucose spikes more than 50mg. Watch out.

حرفيا بترفع السكر اكتر من النوتيلا العادية خالص .. أول مكون في المنتج ستيفيا .. وده معناه ان ده اكبر نسبة من المكونات .. والاستيفيا بيستخدم معاها فيلر علشان ينفع تستخدم لان نسبة تحليتها عالية جداً .. الفيلر اللي هما بيستخدموه فيلر ردئ الجودة وغالبا بيستخدموا مالتودكسترين .. اللي هو بيرفع سكر الدم أكتر من السكر الطبيعي. لو بتجيبها لحد مريض سكر انت بتضره اكتر من لو بتديه نوتيلا عادية .. يجماعة والله حرام اللي الشركة دي بتعمله. وطبعا مش مناسب خالص للكيتو.. وقيسوا سكر الدم بعد اكلها كده وشوفوا بنفسكم. انا قيست السكر بتاعي وحرفيا رفعت السكر اكتر ما بترفعه النوتيلا .. وأنا مش مريض سكر ولا حاجة .. وكانت بتخرجني من الكيتو كل شويه وانا مكنتش فاهم تقدمي ليه بيقل .. بس هي كانت السبب.
