Perfect Joint Connector
This works really well at joining two pieces of handrail cut at 90 degrees. It is strong and easy to use, created a tight, good looking joint on the two pieces of handrail.

It works.
I tried a DIY approach to joining a handrail...It failed. The joint with this Zipbolt mitre model is almost invisible. It is super solid and it can be undone if needed. Much better then using screws and glue.

Good product
Works great used for angled connection, getting threads started is a little challenging but works well once started. Spend lots of time making sure the hole drilled on the end is perfectly centered on both pieces (be careful of drill bit drift when u start the hole, use a center punch) if they are not perfectly aligned it's hard to get pieces flush to each other ( had to ream holes out a little on mine to allow them to return to flush.
