Assembly not the easiest
I had read previous reviews that caused me a little concern when buying this file cabinet. I thought I'd leave comments on the two aspects that caused me some difficulty. 1) There is a locking bar located forward in the top cover. It has two spring-loaded pins on each side. Do yourself a favor and look at the video that is provided in the product listing. 2) I encountered a problem with the drawers not lining up in a level fashion. The top drawer would not close all the way. The problem turned out to be the drawer not fully seating into the four locating tabs. The picture attached (taken from insider the drawer) shows the tab fully seated.

once i got the drawers in which by the way did not fit all the way in straight, i couldnt' get 2 of them open again, had to return

Works as expected
I like the size. However, I hate the key. It’s some weird folding type thing. I would much prefer a normal key.

Drawer didn’t close - update
The sliding rails come already assembled. The drawers are all the same size. After putting together the top drawer doesn’t close - the already assembled rails were placed incorrectly. I paid $80 for shipping, in order to return this defective product I have to pay to ship it back to them. I have contacted the seller to give them an opportunity to make this right - paying for the shipping and refund me the entire purchase or sending me a non defective product. We’ll see. Time will tell. UPDATE: Seller contacted me and sent a video to help installing the drawers and offered additional help if need it. We were able to fix. I’m grateful for the assistance. Once assembled the product is ok. They definitely need better instructions included with their cabinets.

Great cabinet and service!
My only reason for not giving 5 overall stars is that one of the drawer slides was missing. However, customer service was very responsive and sent me a replacement. Overall the product is great quality and perfectly serves my needs. Although assembly takes some time, it's worth following instructions and doing it properly. Very well made.

Additional cost to ship but ok, decent product
Strong enough (for now). Interestingly, only came with one nameplate for the front of the drawer(s). Cost another $80 to ship but good value purchase.
