So far these are fantastic! I use these for filleting fish.They protect my hands.if the knife slips. Plus they help me hold onto the fish easier.They also wash and dry easily.

Nice quality. I am a salmon lover. I bought a whole salmon from wholesale. I have hard time to cut and slice the salmon. Always worried about cut my finger. I give the glove a try. I am not very sure will is work when I purchase this glove. it turn out it is pretty good, now I have not problem to cut the whole fish, save me a lots time.
