Bought this for my laptop. I work remotely and need something to hold documents. This will work great.

This is a fabulous gadget. I do a lot of typing during each day and use my laptop. This has really made a difference in how much typing I can get done without having to adjust the original copies from the top of my desk or table. And because it is flexable I can adjust how I want to copies to hang. THAT alone makes it a perfect choice for me. And I can hang it on the left or the right side. I can remove it to close the laptop or leave it on and shut the lid (adding a post=it pad on the opposite side to keep the lid level. Thank you. So glad I found this.

I was so very disappointed. I was looking for something to use with my laptop and to be portable. When I received it I was sooo excited and immediately clipped it on my laptop directly. Well, it slowly drooped down even without anything clipped to the other side. First I thought I hadn't clipped it on right and tried it again. Nope, went down again. Then I added some paper to it and stood the paper on the desk and all it really did was holding the paper up. That worked for about 45 seconds till the clip slid off my laptop and did a funny thing. Unfortunately that was the end of it since the clip itself came half undone. I couldn't get it back together and had to return it. That being said, it did come with a little edge that could be attached to a screen and then have the clip attach to that. I am sure that would work better, but unfortunately that wasn't what I wanted/needed. Using it for a desktop would most likely be okay, but for a travelling laptop not so much.

Worked great for a bit (purchased it a year and a half ago, but only use it on and off), but now it doesn't stay up.

I type up the invoices for our trucking company. My husband writes down all of his information and I put it into an Excel spreadsheet in an invoice format. Having this at my computer screen is amazing. I don’t have to look down at a piece of paper. I simply look over and it helps my neck and it helps get the job done faster 10 out of 10 recommend

As someone who initially had high hopes for the Kensington Flex Clip Copyholder, I regret to say that my experience with it has been disappointing. While it initially seemed like a convenient solution for holding documents while I work, its performance quickly deteriorated after just a week of use. One of the most frustrating issues I encountered with this product is its tendency to lean. Despite my efforts to adjust and secure it in place, the copyholder simply cannot maintain its position, making it incredibly difficult to use effectively. This constant need for readjustment has significantly hindered my workflow and productivity. Additionally, the lack of stability has been a constant source of frustration. Instead of providing a sturdy platform for my documents, the copyholder feels flimsy and unreliable. This not only makes it challenging to keep my papers organized but also raises concerns about the durability of the product over time. In all honesty, I have found myself actively avoiding using the Kensington Flex Clip Copyholder whenever possible. Its shortcomings outweigh any potential benefits it may offer, leaving me feeling disappointed with my purchase decision. Unfortunately, the fact that I discarded the packaging means that I am unable to return it for a refund. Overall, I cannot recommend the Kensington Flex Clip Copyholder based on my experience. It simply does not live up to its promises of functionality and convenience, and I would advise others to explore alternative options.
