I can't see why not, it's compact enough and has a magnet on the back. The only issue might be battery life, but it's probably worth a punt.

Unfortunately not, these are entirely stand-alone so their details/readings cannot be viewed remotely.

Can i use this in my cigar humidor box? Humidity range between 65RH anf 75RH?

I don’t see why not. The humidity range is specified as 10% to 99% RH, so as long as it will fit in the box there should be no problem. It’s not an application I’ve actually tried though.
