Each side of the bar ranges from 10 lbs to 40 lbs. I opted for the extra 40lb upgrade (20lbs per side) rendering a total of 120 lbs (60 lbs per side). **Q: Do you have to do the weight upgrade now or can you purchase them later?** A: You can upgrade later to 120 lbs total. **Q: Is the shipping date correct? Says it will arrive in about a week. The bowflex website has a 4 month lead time for delivery.** A: I ordered from Amazon directly (Amazon is seller & shipper) on Saturday and today was notified it’ll arrive by next Wed. Pretty solid lead time & price compared to Bowflex and their 4 month delay. **Q: is it only one bar or two? are the weights included? can you tell me all thats included thanks** A: 1 Barbell bar and 1 curl bar, as well as 7 weights. 20,30,40,50,60,70,80 ## Frequently Bought Together - BowFlex SelectTech Curl Bar - BowFlex 40 lb Upgrade - BowFlex SelectTech 2080 Stand --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://samoa.desertcart.com/products/446517605-selecttech-curl-bar](https://samoa.desertcart.com/products/446517605-selecttech-curl-bar) --- *Product available on Desertcart Samoa* *Store origin: WS* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
