Does anyone dilute this?

Yes! I refilled my bottle with water when it was almost gone and it still was great for poopy diaper changes. It leaves babies bottom smelling super clean, when the poopy scent may otherwise linger. It also helps to loosen sticky poop from baby's skin in a gentle way. It's potent, so it can totally be diluted!

Is this product sealed?

There is not a foil seal on it, but there is a plastic piece under the pump to keep it from leaking in transport

why did this make my baby face worse than what it was?

How did this cleanser worsen your baby's skin? I am a çonsumer and I use it to wipe my granddaughter's face after she eats. I also use it to wipe my doodle's face. I love it. It's gentle.

Is the fragrance of natural origin and why add probably the drying factor?

Not sure what the fragrance is made of, but it smells amazing! Love wiping baby down with this. He smells so yummy and refreshed after! Is also does not leave baby dry or flaky. I love this stuff! With 4 boys, I need something quick and effective for baby. This is perfect.
