Amazing supplement
Started taking this supplement 2 months ago and absolutely love it. The tablets are on the large size and can be hard to swallow but I love all the natural ingredients. Was able to cut back on buying separate vitamins and just take these. Gives me a lot of energy to get me through my long work days. A little expensive but for the amount of pills and the excellent results it’s a great value.

Keeps you from getting sick
I don’t want to leave a 5 star review, I want to keep Superfood a secret so they don’t ever run out. Superfood is our secret to not getting sick! My husband has not gotten sick in over three years and I did get sick recently because, for some stupid reason, I stopped taking it. But I’m back on it now, lesson learned. The two BEST reasons why these are good to take is 1.) you can take them with or without food and it doesn’t make you nauseous. 2.) they give you a burst of natural (non crashing) energy throughout the day every time you take them There are some things to get used to: 1.) 5 pills a day three times a day can be daunting at first, but you get used to it. 2.) you run through a lot of it with multiple people in the fam taking 15 pills a day each can be costly, but we know it’s worth it and don’t mind putting this into our monthly budget. Hope this helps if you are on the fence!

Who takes 15 pills a day? The previous ones I got from this brand was three a day. I like the vitamin but that is just crazy
