A great tool for maintaining hand strength
These work great! They have kept their grip and resistance for over a year with heavy use. I keep them on a side table in my living room, and everyone who visits picks them up and uses them. Great for building, rehabbing and maintaining hand strength.

Great for starters. Low resistance or tension to work your hands.
I don't remember seeing a weight/strength rating on this. I bought a pair and they look professionally made and are beautiful. The issue is that the tension is not that great so probably more for a 16 and under person. The quality is really good and looks good. The tension strength is probably closer to 10lbs.....which is not much for a hand grip as I am not Hercules or Samson.

These have really released pressure from the arthritis in my fingers. They do as advertised and got at a great price!

Not robust
These are just ok. The tension or resistance is not much. And the travel is a very short distance as you squeeze it.So squeeze it long enough and you still get a workout. You get what you pay for

Perfect for arthritic hands, especially at this price point
I read several negative reviews regarding these but I donโt think theyโre intended for building muscle mass, lol. I find them to be perfect for someone like me with bad arthritis and just trying to work my hands to keep them limber. They do not offer hard resistance but are easy to use with nicely padded foam handles for comfort. I use them and do lots of reps. In just over a week my hands feel better and help me better grip the controls on my motorcycle

Great for Building Grip Strength
Really useful for improving grip strength and working on hand and forearm muscles. The different resistance levels are helpful, and it feels durable. Easy to use anytime, even while watching TV.

Very cheap and ineffective
I ordered this product and it has practically no resistance. It is very small and the grips are not attached so they spin around and slide off very easily. It might be effective for your 90 year-old grandma, but that's about it. Overall, it's very cheap and I cannot recommend it.
