My rig 500 came direct from Nacon and because of that I got a great price and an excellent product as well. The quality of this headset is incredible for the price range. It is a very comfortable headset to wear. The only thing I think I could ask for would be thicker wiring for durability reasons.

These fit comfortably on your ears, no painful heaviness. Audio is clear, both talking and listening. My only negative is that the covering to the earpiece comes undone too easily and there is no way to re-secure the fabric.

Great wired headset for both PS4 and PS5. My nephew loves that the headphones can move and down depending on your head size. The mic is great and the headphones are great compared to other brands I used.

I have used RIGS for almost 10 years. I have never once had an issue with sound quality or actual product quality. Both have gone down immensely. My headset crackles, upon delivery only one cup receives sound, and the attached cable is so flimsy in comparison to the older model. The volume adjustment is a cheaply made wheel that feels like it will just slide right off. The 3.5 mm jack is so tiny that the headset isn’t even useable with my controller skin (or with the included PlayStation attachment?!) I do not recommend these to anyone. Splurge and get a more expensive model, you won’t regret it.

I'm not much of a gamer, but when I'm online these are great! I reviewed lots of headsets before choosing this one. Great value for the money. Sound quality is great with the added feature of a mini volume knob helps when other players are way too loud in their mics. Durability shows right out of the box…Love it!

You get what u paid for it’s Alr the mic doesn’t sound great and feels like it’s gunna brake

This headset has the ability to be used with PS4, XBOX ONE, and PS5. I had purchased it for the PS5, if using for PS5 you should take off the Xbox/PlayStation rubber piece that comes with the mic. However even after doing this the mic must be positioned perfectly to work, any movement of the cord can cause the mic to stop working and readjustment is necessary. I would stay away from this product for PS5 use.

El producto lo compre en descuento y por ciento me llegó antes de lo esperado bastante bien la caja es de calidad y la caja interior también me gusta que tiene textura geométrica los audífonos bienen bien empaquetados el micrófono cuenta con su filtro pop tanto el micrófono como el cable es extraíble e incluso todo el headset es remplazable ya que se pude hasta pedir otras piezas y personalizar PERO DEBEN TENER CUIDADO CON LA PERILLA del cable porque solo me duró 2 días y al 3tero empezó como a medio fallar dando falso se escuchaba solo de uno o uno más bajo que otro le quité el plástico gris y listo todo bien tiene buen audio y si lo completamos con Dolby o dts x bastante bien su cancelacion de ruido es pasiva

Good headphones and good sound but not the most robust in just a few months they snapped.

Broken after 2 months of light use, microphone mechanism fallen apart. No returns option in my order history.
