Are the bands made of recyclable material?

The short answer to your question is yes, Tyvek bands are recyclable. The longer answer is that while the bands are essentially made from #2 plastic, they can't be recycled in your neighborhood recycling pickup. You can send them back to DuPont to be recycled. Is it waterproof, ideal for swimming?

Hello, and thanks for reaching out to Wristco! Each WristCo Tyvek Wristband uses a waterproof, tamper-resistant adhesive closure that prevents transfer of the wristband. If a visitor attempts to transfer the wristband, the adhesive will tear in a way that prevents re-use. Specific to uses around swimming, both the adhesive and the Tyvek itself will stand up for a couple of days of constant use in a pool.

What are the wristbands dimensions? Including the white and adhesive areas (for printing on them)

The Bands themselves are 0.75" x 10", with a 1" adhesive strip on the far end. I would caution you on trying to print on these though - inkjet based applications typically have poor results.
