Great size for a Syrian hamster! Seems to be sturdy and well made. Definitely worth the price.

I love this little ladder! I have it where my hamster can climb on it to get on his wheel or he can go through the tiny hole in the ladder and go into his little hideout and he loves it! He figured out the hole so quick and it’s such a smart and effective way to save space while still being a great fit for the cage and being adorable to look at!! (Also this product works great for a Syrian hamster, which at first I thought might be too small with the hole size, but it’s perfect!)

The hamster loves the tunnels. Grandkids get a kick out of watching him thru the glass. Happy hamster!

Overall it’s a pretty nice piece, it is bigger than I thought and the wood looks nice and sturdy. I love the design of this. It’s just a little awkward for me to put it in a right spot in my cage. Maybe it’s just me. But I’ll recommend it to anyone who is interested in getting one of those little hide tunnel that you’re able to see through.

NEW UPDATE: I had initially gone through Amazon to get this fixed. I ended up ordering another one with the return I received and it came to me in a hundred broken pieces. I returned that one and was resigned to just not get another replacement. Niteangel reached out after reading my previous review and offered to send a replacement free of charge! When it arrived it was carefully packaged, unlike the previous two times. My little hammy loves this bridge and I'm glad I received a replacement. Most of the items I buy for my hamster are by Niteangel just because I trust the brand and everything I've purchased thus far as been great quality. It seems my previous issue was solely on Amazon for trying to pass off a well used product and not packaging the items with any protection. If you're faced with a similar issue reach out to the seller instead of Amazon's customer care. It'll save you the headache. (old: Really frustrated with the product I received. This has obviously been used by another hamster before I received it. It's got chew marks on one side, there's the remains of a herb spray stuck to it and there's paper bedding fluff stuffed in-between the stair dowels. Plus one of the elephant's ears is broken off.)

I am so happy with this bridge toy for my Robrovski Hamster. There is no exposed glue or other safety issues. There is no offensive smell, are no sharp edges, and it is very solidly built. Really beautiful well made toy. Highly recommend. Wonderful purchase. It would be a great size for other dwarf breed hamsters also.
