Rachael Ray Yum-O Nonstick Bakeware Cake Pan, 9" x 13"

I have a few 9" x 12" baking pans, and this one is my favorite. So why do I prefer this pan to others I have? 1) It is totally nonstick, and absolutely nothing sticks to it. With or without greasing it, baked goods easily pop out leaving nothing stuck to the pan. 2) It's heavy duty without being heavy. I have ceramic coated and glass pans of this type that are much heavier, especially when they have food in them. 3) The side handles make it so much easier to get this pan out of the oven, and the silicone inserts are a nice touch. Some of the pans of this type that I have don't have the handles. It's more difficult to get them in and out of the oven since you must hold the pan from the side and bottom. Sometimes this can be difficult without getting the pot holder or thumb of your glove into the contents. 4) Although the product description states this pan is 3" high, it is actually 2 1/2" in height. Even so, most pans of the type are 2" or less in height. The extra height of this pan can make a difference for larger casseroles, cakes, and lasagna. Overall, I very much like this pan and would recommend it. Considering the quality of construction, I feel it will last a very long time. I hope this review was helpful for you.

We bought these to replace a similar set of Rachael Ray pans about 10 years old. The quality is great but the silicone handles eventually get discolored and start falling apart. We've had the new set for a couple of years now and they are holding up well. The price is reasonable so I don't mind replacing them every so often. They stack nicely and we have a full set of sheet pans and baking pans on one shelf of a cabinet. There is some discoloration on the bottoms where we roast vegetables and sausages. Metal utensils will scratch the enamel finish, but wood or silicone utensils are no problem. We cover with aluminum foil when baking ribs or fish.

these pans are awesome, food does not stick

Only used once so far due to distractions from my intended Detroit style pizza. But it worked well. Casserole came out perfect and cleanup was a snap. Pan has a nice weight to it. The inserts aid in gripping to help avoid slipping. Very happy with the pan.

I bought this pan to replace a well-used one. I am pleased with the weight and quality of the pan. I've only used once, but the non-stick was perfect and it washed up perfectly. Recommended.

Nice pan, have used multiple times. No problem with nonstick coating peeling so far.

Love this pan especially the rubber grips on the sides. Good quality for the money, this pan will last a long time 😁

Great pan. Size is perfect. Nice weight without being super heavy. Really easy clean up. Rust resistant. Love baking casseroles in it. It appears to be a nice, quality pan that will last for many years. I am super happy with this pan.
