I works great to cut cardboard. Cutting straight is very easy but cutting small areas is not as easy, perhaps because this was my first time using it.

I am very impressed with the VLOXO cordless scissors. It cut through heavy cardboard effortlessly and the price is very good compared to others I was looking at.

I just got this and ran it through a few paces. I'm a crafter, with decades of experience in a wide variety of projects. I normally just use hand scissors, but age and arthritis are making that much more difficult. So I got this, since it's the only one I could find that was dedicated to fabric (it will cut other things, too, depending on how thick it is and what it is). The bottom line is that it works, and seems to go a good job. It's easy to handle. It's heavier than scissors, but that makes it a bit easier to keep under control. The grip is ergonomic and comfortable. I've only tested it so far, but haven't used it on the fabrics I'm needing it to be used on yet. That said, there are two points that make me go Hmmm... The first is that it has a "lock button". Yeah, there's a button there, but it doesn't lock squat. So if you need to lock it down to keep from having to press the activation lever, it won't. Being used to scissors on fabric instead of jigsaws, I'm not that bothered by it, but it would have been nice if it could lock down due to its much greater than scissors weight. The second thing was that the manual explicitly say that it will not work while charging. I discovered that it will work just fun while charging. Kind of a good news/bad news thing, since if the battery dies out, it will still work as long as it's plugged in. The cord is long enough to make that useful. The bad news is that there's probably some critical electrical safety issue that needs to be addressed if it's supposed to cut out the the ability of the thing to start up while plugged in. A final note is that the ad says "VLOXO Cordless Electric Scissors Super Scissors with 2 Type Blades". It's PROBABLY a translation error. There are two blades, but they are identical. The implication was each one had a specific application, but it may just be a replacement when the first gets dull (as if sharpening is impossible, which it is not if you know what you're doing). So not exactly as advertised given the pointless addition of something that might have been a button to lock the thing into go mode. And a replacement blade, rather than a second function/purpose blade. But other than that, it does cut fabric very nicely and effortlessly. It's a bit loud, so not to be used in apartments/household after normal no-noise hours. You will be disturbing the neighbors. But it's a power tool. So that's to be expected. Had the lock button actually worked, I'd have been fine with the rest. The blade thing is probably a translation error, and it works as advertised. Recharging it didn't immediately burst into flames. So I'll keep it. It'll be used in the near future and I'll modify this if there's a need. Other than that, it's a solid 4 stars, and I'd recommend it, even with the quirks.

These cutters are sharp, with long battery life, and cut cardboard fast. I purchased these after moving last summer. I had a ton of torn / crushed boxes not to mention dozens of boxes from making purchases from Amazon. These scissors made breaking down and cutting those boxes a cinch. The slices through double walled cardboard, tape, and plastic bands that held some of the larger boxes together. These scissors are an amazing buy for the money and work as intended when you press the power trigger.

Works better than I could've imagined. No problem operating at all! Easy to use, came pre-charged, and works on a ton of materials - including thick leather! We tested it on an old piece of leather about 3/16" thick and the scissors did not struggle a bit!

Cuts material in no time. Had to cut 36 T-shirts for a quilt (reason for purchase). I cut 3 shirts with cordless compared to 1 shirt with manual scissors. I love this purchase. The case was a plus along with an extra blade.

Io le ho usate per dei tagli precisi su cartone. ✂️ Sono ben affilate e maneggevoli, il taglio è preciso e non vibrano troppo. Essendo senza fili non c'è problema di avere cavi in giro durante il taglio. Ha 2 forbici, uno per i tagli leggeri e uno per materiali spessi. Il taglio è netto e veloce. La durata della batteria è buona, e un grosso vantaggio è che si possono utilizzare anche durante la ricarica. Non ho trovato grossi difetti, per ora funzionano bene e spero che possano durare a lungo, e continuare a essere d'aiuto durante il lavoro. 👍🏻

Absolutely great at cutting up boxes, but does sometimes get stuck, I'm just not sure if it is the way I'm using it or the machine its self.
