This is great stuff - after discovering plugged carotid arteries and multiple TIAs/mini-strokes corrected with one side surgically I decided to use this to clean up my whole system. Six months of regular daily use with other required supplements and no more TIAs - the makers website details much information and he is quick to reply to emails. i believe this is extending my life and it is much less expensive than intensive care, surgery and recovery time. Less than a dollar a day compared to pharmaceuticals all of which have severe side effects. I think wide spread use of this along with magnesium and D3 would make a huge difference in life expectancy. I hope so and consider it a five star company. It is costly but not expensive when compared apples to apples. There is no other source of multiple high dose K2 and I recommend his website for additional information plus there ae several books specifically on K2 - None of my doctors know anything about this and all confuse it with plain K - quite frustrating and required me to do much research to get to this point. Excellent product, possibly the best and cheapest on amazon for getting 30 mg of K1 plus MK4 plus 0.5 mg MK7. They shipped the product the next day, very fast and it arrived very fast too. Other vitamin K products cost 10-30 times more in dollars per gram of vitamin K. Only a few products have 15-30 mg of vitamin K. :-) Vitamin K lowers the harmful calcification of the arteries, heart, brain, eyes and increases healthy calcification of bones and teeth. Those lacking vitamin K can develop high coronary artery score and die prematurely of heart disease, besides having much more osteoporosis, fractures and poor enamel and teeth health. Teeth, bones are made of calcium too, and vitamin K regulates calcium metabolism. Most vitamin K in human diet comes from greens, and the bioavailability is often 20-25 times lower than that of vitamin supplements (kale, spinach, etc). This has dramatic consequences seen in clinical studies where vitamin supplements cause huge drops in calcification markers. We can say that low vitamin K can shorten some people's lifespan by 15 years due to a premature fatal heart attack. The current RDA is very low, in Japan they use 45 mg daily for osteoporosis. MK7 has blood half-life of 4 days, MK4 and K1 about 3-6 hours. Almost all people calcify heart and arteries as they age, possibly due to low vitamin K.

I've had lingering chest pains and consequential EKG scans for over 30 years to no avail. Doctors and specialists have diagnosed my chest pains related to stress, anxiety, etc. but were never able to find the root cause for the pain. Yes, but when you convert their serving size into what the human body needs to combat arteriosclerosis and heart disease, compared to similar Vitamin K products, the price is worth it for not having repeat visits to physicians or far worse...death!

The highest concentration of Vit K on the market. Look at the label/ingredients list before you buy anything else. Don't just look at Amazon's recommendation.
