Will they fit a 10 inch drum?

Is the set for both left and right tires? or do i have to buy two of this for left and right tires?

1 set covers both left and right sides of vehicle

Does this come with the springs, tensioner, and other components?

No. You have to buy separately.

do the brake pads come with hardware?

If I recall, they did not. But I was very happy I bought the hardware kit (~$15US) anyway because because it came with all the related bits you'll probably want to replace. My Jeep Wrangler (08) had really rusted up ebrakes from our road salt etc here in New England and I replaced everything the added hardware kit came with. Have fun putting those springs back in!

I had one of the original parking brake shoes on my Jeep Wrangler's parking brakes fall apart. The lining came off the shoe. These were an exact replacement, and reasonably priced. I also bought the separate hardware kit sold here as well. I wasn't sure if I'd be cutting any of the springs to remove the old brake shoes, or if any of the parts would be too badly rusted to reuse. Doing parking brakes on a modern disc brake car, especially one that's rear wheel drive so you have a drive hub / axle shaft in the area of the parking brake, is a pretty tricky job, but at least these parts were dead on perfect, relative to OEM parts.
