This wand has the virtue of adjustable pressure from high enough to wash the driveway down and low enough to water delicate plants in a pot. However, on the 6th time I used it, it came apart. The entire wand came out of the housing. Although I could and did put it back, it came out again and again and even at low pressure leaked, especially annoying when it leaked down my arm when watering hanging baskets, which is why I bought it in the first place. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

The Garden Spray Watering Wand came promptly and was well packaged for shipment. It was purchased to replace a similar but not identical spray head. We use this spray wand as an outside shower mounted on a wall near our hot tub. This unit has the small nozzle holes formed directly in the plastic head, so it may last longer than the rubber nozzles our previous spray wands. Even kept out of direct outside sunlight, they deteriorated with age due to indirect UV light. The sun here in North Texas is severe in the summers. The different sprays of this new unit look like they will do the job. One minor issue for our application as an outside shower: the shower setting sprays water unevenly and a bit to one side. It is usable, but the water come out of the spray head crooked. It may be that the holes in the plastic spray head are not straight. The spray is strong and works well for a shower. The only issue is that spray pattern is not even. Several other spray heads used previously over the years have all had even, straight spray patterns, but they only lasted a couple of years each because the rubber spray nozzles. Time will tell if this one lasts longer.

I would have given this item all fives if it weren’t for the fact that it leaked at the head joint when it was shut off but the water was not shut off at the faucet. It still dripped after the water was shut off. Otherwise, this was really good for both watering plants and hiding down the car and driveway.

It worked great at first and then the on and off handle broke. How do I get a replacement for the handle under the warranty?

The first time I used it, it was great. A nice shower of water and good length for my veggie garden. However, after the first week the shower setting was plugged as was the mist and there is no was to clean out the holes. After another week of using the flat setting, the handle sprung a leak just above the hose fitting, but not the washer. I would get more water on me than the veggies and there was nothing to tighten. It looks like a seam was splitting and no way to fix it.It's not worth the cost to return it, so I will look for something better made in the future. Update: The company was very apologetic and sent me a new watering wand and it seems to be holding up much better than the first one. It doesn't drip or leak from the seam, as the last one did, and it has not clogged up on any of the settings. Great customer service.

This was my original review 6 months ago: Works great l for what I need it for - watering high plants and power praying my driveway. Does leak at times but no big deal. I would buy this again. Unfortunately, 6 months later I am giving this product a thumbs down. If the wand isn't in the "on" position when I turn on the faucet water comes out of every part of the handle soaking me and whatever is near me. If the "on" is too low water also comes out of the handle. I was so hopeful I was one of the buyers who got a good watering want because at first it worked - it just didn't hold up.

I love this watering wand! It is the best one that I have ever owned. It has so many excellent features: being nearly 3 ft. long, a tilting head, various spray choices, & an easy flip valve to control the power of spray near the top of the handle. The best part of all is that it's made in the USA!!! This was exactly what I needed in length to reach 2 huge planters at the end of my driveway. Additionally, when the valve is completely flipped up, the water flow is powerful. The power wash setting is impressive. It blasts away algae in my birdbath, blasts away dirt that's on my golf cart, knocks down wasp nests from a safe distance. I bought one for myself & one for my mother and we both love them. A great quality product that's definitely worth the price. I also appreciate the fact the seller has made sure that I am a satisfied customer.

I have given a positive review for this wand in the past. It works very well for one season. Then the two I have purchased in the past leak in the same spot just above the connector.I take them in before frost, changed gaskets, but no luck. Contacted the company a month ago to see if there is a fix. No response.
