I was kind of skeptical due to the low price of the alternator, compared to most auto parts stores. But, this thing works perfectly and I couldn’t be happier

I purchased this alternator for my 2013 Chevy Cruze and in less than a 4 month period the part completely malfunctioned and left me stranded on the side of the road. On top of that due to the low quality of the alternator it wound up weakening my battery and causing me to have to replace that as well. Under 150$ sounds great for an alternator. Until, you find out that when it goes bad you will end up spending over 600$ to get a new battery and alternator put in and be stranded on the side of the road for hours. The worst part though was the fact that I contacted the company about getting a full refund or being reimbursed for having to replace everything. All i received back was a standard your request was denied because you have had the product over the alloted time of 30-90 days. Even though it clearly states right under the product that it is under warranty for 1 year.
