NOW Foods Supplements, (L-Lysine Hydrochloride) 1,000 mg, Double Strength, Amino Acid, 100 Tablets

I had tried a couple of other brands of Lysine for my cold sore outbreaks. I noticed nothing with the other 2 lysine products. This one was the only one that actually reduced my cold sores. I do have to crush them up to swallow them as they are large, but I do believe that this is a great product. A secondary note: my skin seems to have improved taking these.

Five stars I wanted to take them for at least a month before reviewing. I only take them at night when I’m winding down preparing for bed. They completely relax me. I’ve also noticed how during the day i have more energy and again also feel more relaxed mentally as well. My body feels great usually I’m drained and sore but I really don’t experience much of that anymore. Yes they’re large pills but I’ve never had a problem with swallowing pills. I’ve been staring in the mirror a lot my face is either brighter, clearer or I appear to look a little like my younger self. Since feeling much better about myself I’ve even started back trying to eat clean increasing fruits and veggies in my diet, subtracting sugar and weight is coming off. I’d continue to purchase these. I like them

They pills are very big. If your not a good pill taker these are going to be a problem. However, they work. Was coming down with the flu and took these twice a day and they helped knock the virus out within 2 days.

I order this on a regular basis for an auto immune disease I have that causes me to get sores in my mouth. This prevents sores and keeps my mouth comfortable. Great supplement.

Love this lysine supplement! It has so many amazing uses and has become a staple in my routine. After coming off a GLP-1, this really helped minimize loose skin and supported my skin’s overall appearance. I’ve noticed a huge difference in elasticity and recovery. It’s also great for immune support, especially during cold season. Easy to take, good quality, and definitely a keeper in our house!

I want to give my opinion about this product I bought it is a good source of essential amino acid it helps you immune system is effective it is good for my brain it helps with the pain it value the money I pay for it I will buy again and hardly recommend

muy bueno, lo tomo junto con otros suplementos dentro de un protocolo por reactivacion de virus de epstein barr (que me lo reactivo el Covid o la vacuna) y que me genera sindorme de fatiga cronica, me esta ayudando a eliminar la fatiga. Buena calidad de producto!
