I am not going to lie.. At first these labels made me really mad. BUT...it was my own fault. I have never used a template on Word so I was a little confused. I am sure there is probably a way to see the guidelines for the labels but I don't know how to make that show up. I finally started adding pictures to it and they slipped right into the spots they needed to go. I did make a copy of the practice sheet on my printer because I knew I would probably need a few of them. WELL that was my big mistake! My printer copied the page fine but it didn't line up with the stickers. So after messing with my design for a few hours (I know... UGH) I finally took one of the sticker sheets that I had removed some labels from in all of my attempts and noticed that the page wasn't lining up and my first try was probably the right one. So...use the test sheet they supply and try using one label at a time when you print. I made my design in Photoshop since I am not really a word person. The customer service is FAST, HELPFUL and when they hear that you are ready to throw these sheets and your printer out the window, they seem to really care and are willing to help. Ashley was nice and quick to reply to my emails! To top my day off, when I finally got it all right and was on a roll printing away...I noticed that I misspelled something in the shuffle. SO, needless to say I have already re-ordered. These stick to the tubes just fine. They are nice and neat looking. They aren't thick like paper or anything. These will give you the professional look you are hoping for. I am happy to have my labels saved so next time this will be a breeze!

Easy template to follow, easy to print, easy to apply to lip balm, no hassles at all. This is NOT the same experience I have had with other labels. These are a breeze. We created our template in photoshop and used the PDF template in the instructions they sent us. I did not run them under water like other people did, but I did touch with wet hands and the ink did not budge. They appear to be smudge-proof as well, which was not the case with another set of labels I ordered from another seller and had to return. Great product for my little business! Very happy!

I love these labels! They stick well, wear well, and the company was great to work with when I initially had an issue setting the printing. I learned not to make a photocopy of the template they send - as that copy will never perfectly line up. Use what they send you, ask for extras if you think you will need them. I have had the best results working my label design in Adobe Illustrator using their PDF template, and then just printing straight from there. I lost 2 sheets in the final set up, but the company took immediate and very good care of me when I told them this. Use their help, get set up and then it is smooth sailing from there. I have printed gobs of labels with their product!

I made my first tubes of lip balm this week and gave one to mom and sis. I had these labels on hand but hadn't set them up for printing. My first labels were quickly handwritten. Fitting the list of ingredients was tricky.(hah) I more or less figured out how to print on them last night, and it's a vast improvement to my trying to crib everything in a tiny space. As for printing them though, I've had to figure that out on my own. I don't have Word or a PDF editing program but I do have paint.net (it's a free image editing program) and an old version of photoshop. I've worked my way around the dilemma (somewhat) by screen capturing and cropping the PDF template to use in an image editing program, but the template is off by a good bit and needs resizing. Till then I'm only able to make one label at a time or else it won't line up. Far from ideal. I'm not sure if their PDF template is off or if something was lost in translation. I'll figure it out. The company should have the template available as a .jpeg or .png on its website too (right now it's only in Word or PDF format) since that would be very helpful for people who don't have those programs. PDF editing isn't free, at least not through Adobe, of course neither is Word. People who are used to fiddling with image editing programs will eventually work out what to do but I think it would be quite frustrating for a novice. So be warned. Aside from that, the labels themselves are nice. They are exactly the length of the tube between the twist bottom and the cap and it overlaps a minute bit around the circumference so the tube is covered, at least with the tubes I used this time. Yes, I would get them again. The labels are 1 13/16ths inch height (not including the tab) by 2 1/8th inch width. Or, 4.6 centimeters high (not including the tab) by 5.4 centimeters width.

Very nice labels. I got them very fast. The seller emailed me the necessary instructions for printing. They came out perfectly. I had no issues with formatting whatsoever. They went on easily and straight. I haven't "opened" one yet to see the preciseness of the safety tear, but I don't forsee any problems. The labels are more matte looking than glossy and I haven't tested the waterproofing claim, but the labels didn't smudged at all and look very crisp. Worth it for my purpose!

Matte, water resistant labels, but the templates are inaccurate and not user friendly. Customer support never replied after multiple emails, I could not locate a contact number; so it taken me a week to figure out my own template but it’s not perfect making this order of these labels my last. After I decided this I realized one of the sheets that has yet to have been taken out of its envelop- the adhesive side of the label page had lifted so much so that it was not usable so that was minus 12 labels amongst 4 other pages I had to trash for having to figure out a correct template.. It was an exhausting experience, it took lots of time and ink, so I wouldn’t recommended especially when there are other considerate providers. ( I took this route here because the labels were ideal, I wanted to learn how to do it myself because I am tech, editing and print savvy and the Q&A hyped their customer service.)

I received label sheets in a brown envelope with a paper with very little instructions on how to do the template. I thought the packaging with brown envelope was unprofessional and not what I was expecting. Thankfully, I am a bit familiar with Microsoft word and was able to figure out how to do the template after quite a while. It was frustrating though and spent more time than I needed to, to print one page. Color inkjet cartridges are not cheap so I was upset when I tried to pull two labels off and they tore in the middle. My suggestion to seller, get better packaging and instructions for your product. I don’t know if you are selling as a business but I take pride in what I sell, and the whole product in general. I have since ordered labels from somewhere else and they are glossy.

I am SOOOO delighted with these labels!! They work perfectly for my lip balms AND for my 10 ml essential oil roller ball bottle blends. The templates were super easy to download, and I was able to use them in Adobe PhotoShop, (or Word if that were my preference). Best of all, they stick great!! I had been using address labels, and they are a fight to keep on... they just wouldn't stay. BUT these Labels are perfect! Will DEFINITELY be purchasing again. :)
