Someone had bought this unit and installed a old head unit and returned it. Then mailed out to me. I sent in valve weeks ago and have not heard anything about my refund

I had to return one flush valve because it would not stop flushing.

The overide push button went bad in about 3 weeks cost me a call back and at my own expense, good thing I had an old one.
