CARPET SCISSORS

I use these for trimming my Agave plants here in the Southwest . They work FANTASTIC ,very Strong, very sharp, cut clean, and easy . They are built to last and are heavy duty as stated . Need some STRONG cutters for most anything around the house or job these will fit the need .

These are by far the best scissors, easy to clean and cut through practically anything. The are comfortable to use for long periods and very lightweight. Love them so much had to buy multiple pairs.

Nicely weighted, the functionality of the angle present in the blade becomes immediately evident upon usage, I can tell the angle makes it so much easier to work with. Spend the extra bit to get these over the smaller ones. Decent size and grip, works well with gloves too. For a hefty job, you may want something like mechanix gloves, other wise you’ll need to take breaks more often unless you’ve got burly hands. Initial reaction was they were very easy to use, effective at cutting, and comfortable to hold. Easily shreds through thick material, wouldn’t be surprised if it could open or cut through thin metals as well. I don’t remember what packaging they came in, but I recommend scissors to cut open the package they came in, in case it’s hard to open. In terms of the ease of opening up the carpet floor, I imagine it’s great. I used it to cut up an old rug of mine because I didn’t want to pay to throw it away. These cost less than the fee to toss it, lol. And I couldn’t give it away either, even though it would have been nice if I could have.

I really like this gadget. I used to use scissors to cut up cardboard, but this works way better.

A must have! I bought this to cut up carpet. The angled blade is perfect and keeps your hands from stressing! Went through the carpet like a hot knife through butter!

These shears were like a hot knife thru butter. Worked well cutting through some artificial turf. I like the angle and and the grip, so would recommend.

I had a massive filthy nasty rug I needed to get rid of. It was not worth saving or cleaning in its condition, and I had to feed the parts of it into my curbside garbage a bit at a time. I bought these unsure if they would work, but holy cow. This cut through that rug like butter. It was a massive rug and these cut as easily on the first cut as the last. Great product.

I was looking for something that would make it easy for kids to cut corrugated cardboard. This tool is clearly much safer than using a box cutter, and far easier than heavy duty scissors. The angled head means your hand rides above the cardboard. It's also pretty good for cutting out shapes. The tool is very sharp, so I'm not sure about safety for very young kids. I let a bunch of college students use it, and they thought it was spectacular. I agree.

Very good, especially useful for cutting up to skirting were other types of cutter hit the skirting before reaching the edge of the carpet. Comfortable grip. The jaw lock keeps the sharp blades safely together when not cutting. Well designed and made.
