I refrain from taking pharmaceutical drugs because of all of the different side effects caused by them. This Quercetin is the best thing I have ever taken for my sinuses. One a day with the evening meal and I don't have stuffy sinuses or a runny nose. I've been sleeping better than I have in a long time. I haven't noticed any adverse side effects. I like to take this in the winter months for the most part. It doesn't contain Bromelain though, so pineapple is on the menu.

What this product does is enable your body to absorb the vitamins that you are taking more efficiently. Seems to work, my wife and I after two years finally caught the Omicron version of the flu that came from China. It was not much more than a cold. So, I would have to say this product has worked, because for we've been taking it for quite some time.
