They work good, turn it one way to loosen and turn the opposite way to adjust weight. They've held up so far and I walk around work using them every day. I really grip them hard no diddy and they hold up great, they don't feel cheap.

These grip strength trainers are quite reasonably priced, and they work beautifully. Being adjustable, they can grow with you as your grip strength increases. I started out doing around 20 reps with these, and now I can handle around 50 reps with my right hand. It really helps "racking the slide" which was the purpose for which I purchased these. And I can actually see my wrists looking stronger and a bit larger. These do what they are supposed to do.

At 43 years old my grip strength isn’t nearly what it once was. I also suffer from neuropathy in my hands and feet. After battling and beating thyroid cancer 5 years ago, I often wake up with swollen hands and can barely make a fist lasting most of the day. That said, I came across these and gave them a try. When I’m laying in bed and watching TV at the end of the day, I use these as I lay there. Without fail, every other night for the last couple of weeks I use these. I do many reps in many different positions just to target specific hand muscles. I go with high rep/low weight until I’ve completely shredded my hand and forearm muscles. After that I wait a few minutes and then I do low rep with high weight to finish it off. This approach seems to be working very well for me. My hands are not swollen in the AM and my neuropathy is down quite a bit. My grip strength is definitely improving also. My only criticism would be the weight adjustment feature. It’s very hard to exactly match the left and right grip. There are no dials or selectors. The adjustment knob will stop spinning once you hit the low limit ot the high limit ( lefty loosey and righty tighty). You have to start at the low or high end maximum setting and then count the number of rotations ( twist ) that you make. You repeat it exactly the same with the other grip. It’s not an exact match but it’s the best I’ve came up with so far. A numbered adjustable knob in 1 lb increments would be great to have on these.

The grips do exactly what I had hoped. I ordered two and I am trying to get my wife to use one. I am a 76 year old who was experiencing some pain in my hands and the grips have helped I believe after only a week.

I love these. I got them for my dad who swears by them, I tried his and immediately got a set for myself. After only a week with very few repetitions, I'm opening jars again. They're adjustable and come with suggested exercises and hand grip is a predictor of lifespan, so get a set! Great item.

So far so good. Unlike the spring type hand grip exercising devices, these are very quiet. Easy to adjust resistance and getting 2 for the price of 1 in some cases. Excellent value.

This is a quality product. I have neuropathy in my hands and I use these to strengthen my hands. They are easy to adjust to your individual needs.

It came broken out of the box both of them where stuck on the weakest settings and couldn’t be changed don’t by this and it’s cheap enough that it more effort then it’s worth to return it.
