The first one never worked as soon as I created the file as per instruction. I may have done something wrong though, since it came with the time file already created, and I deleted it and created another one. The second one I left it as it was and it did work for 4 days. Then, the folder contained an error and since then it doesn't work anymore. Battery is charged, nothing happens. So, overall, for sure not worth it. When it worked, it did provided good quality sound and met the description.

I really like this product! To the point where I got another one for my wife. I use it sometimes for meetings, but mostly for personal voice memos and once in a while for lists my wife gives me 😂 I haven’t had any problems and I’ve only used .1% of the storage so it should last me a very long time before I have to start deleting parts of it. I’ve charged it maybe a couple of times since I’ve gotten it but I don’t think I was close to using the battery. The headphones don’t work with iPhones but I think that’s an apple problem not a headphone problem. Speaking of the headphones the sound quality was good on them and when I exported the sound file to my computer.

it won't connect to any computer, tried to reach support, no answer yet, awaiting support

Solid product! Records well , sound is great. I just need some type of holding wrap, like a leather slide in, that has a key chain attached to it. Or I may create a holding slot on my belt. A means to insure it is positioned properly to capture discussion. This isn’t about entrapment. I use recordings for notes. I have for 15 years. In reviewing my recordings, I’m amazed by what is missed in group discussions. This is a tool & you have a reliable one . I’ve tried four competitor types in the past four months… all have broke down with limited use. The feel of these micro recorders is light, plastic, cheap. Yours is the 1st I see &feel quality.

it arrived and plugged it into the computer and nothing would poop up so i manually checked it and there was no driver so it didnt work but when i turned it on only the red like would stay on solid no flasshing. turn it off and the red light stays on. hoppefully i can return it.
