Another great piece of kit with a truly awful instruction book
The instructions are dire. Even when you consult the on-line manual (which you'll have to because the hard copy tells you nothing) you'll still struggle to decipher what actions to take to get the thing to work. How others have been able to comment that they have it up and running in 5 minutes is beyond me. I now have 1800 channels of Hotbird - super! - but still haven't deciphered how to create a favourites list. It also refuses to connect to my wifi when it's sitting right beside my smart telly. But the quality of the picture is great - I'm sure I'll work out the rest eventually.

Limited instructions. Difficult to find correct settings for uk freesat. Clunky and laggy interface. Returned. You could take a chance, but personally, I wouldn’t bother.

Good item the instructions is very bad and don't tell you nothing It took me 4 hours to get it connected to 3 lmbs and working

Great device
Great device if you know what you doing. Keep in mind that's not a fully TV loaded box you need to setup all by yourself. I didn't focused on manual but supported myself Internet search engines and setup this box in an around hour from basic to fully functional TV box.

Adaptador incorrecto. Es un Zgemma H11s, no un H9S SE.
El receptor no tiene wifi. El adaptador de 12 voltios es para el Reino Unido, no para Europa. Es un Zgemma H11s, no un H9S SE. Y no funciona con sistemas operativos Linux ni Android. En la última imagen puedes ver cómo luce una zgemma H9S SE
