This is dimensional and stays just as it comes out of the tube, in a thin piped line. The gold is lustrous and keeps its luster.

can I seal this so that I can use it on wine glasses and it will be permanent with hand washing?

You can seal it with a clear coat. It will wash off without it.

Can i use this color to fill the engraving letters on a pen? do i need paint thinner to remove excess paint or just rub with towel? thanks!
