I'm reading the reviews, some people say the handle is plastic, some say it's rubber, which is it? Does the handle really slide off that easy?

device is covered in rubber and easy to hold on it and yes, it slides off that easy and almost all the clippings are in there

Does this have a plastic or rubber grip and does it include a file?

Has rubber grip. I found it slides off when using it. Honestly I don't use it and there is no file
